Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

Those gangsters are now defined as a terrorist organization, aka we are at war with them.

So I don't think any due process is afforded to them anymore.

I believe sadly it requires them to be treated as a prisoner of war.

Arguably if they are not surrendering we can just shoot them 3 times, 2 center mass and a controll, let them rot where they lie and be done with that one.

Did ms 13 get on that list also?

Shit since I'm at it.

If we are officially at war with several different groups, and should be more, then why do we not have a compleate military shutdown of our border. Same as any insurgent group from a communist government.

All of it.

Here is the copy of the Constitution I carry with me. Can you point me to the part that He is violating?
That was covered in previous posts with much angst and back and forth.

AZdong could have provided the answer in his very first response to you. Reasons for not doing so are sus.

If there's a different way to interpret the information below I'm open to hearing it.

Voting practices are delegated in the constitution to congress both fed/state. POTUS doesn't have the power to force proof of citizenship in elections.

Some states require proof of citizenship and some don't but currenlty there is a bill rattling through congress at the fed level to force it so it may be moot.

There are some things in the EO the judge let stand. Not necessarily because she agrees with them but because it was the wrong place and way to test them. Requiring valid mail in ballots to be before poll closing for one.

I like the idea of uniform election regulations and participation by citizens only but more power to the fed taints it.

Article I Legislative Branch

  • Section 4 Congress

    • Clause 1 Elections Clause
    • The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

I'll repeat what I said. District court judges have zero authority over the Executive branch & the President.

The question was asked and answered.
And still no answer to my original question.

Anyone else catch the word “norms”? Legal is not the same as norms.

I remain convinced that there are only two reasons we have all the laws we do: either people are doing immoral things that require legislation or others are trying to create competitive advantages for themselves by creating barriers for others. Both come down to poor character and moral bankruptcy.

aren't you even a little embarrassed that 90% of the members on this site think you eat democrat ass?
Hey now, go easy on azschlong. He may be a douchebag, but he's an idiot as well so they/her can post all her/they want. We welcome all douchebags here in the pit.

Just kidding. And it's 99%.

the cure? do away with SNAP and food stamps. while you're at it title 8,WIC,ADC,standard welfare and take a hard look at medicaid. have personally seen much medicaid abuse going back 40 years anyway.
if you must "feed the poor" go back to the commodity foods system as in 60s/70s. nothing that didn't require cooking, whole grains only wheat, rice, bread. meat was there but not NY strip; chicken as sold cut up but nothing else; pork but not tenderloin. water (or milk if with kids) no coke, gatorade, red bull etc. salt and pepper only. this would actually go hard toward RFK's delete the sugar and junk. of course urban riots would explode and the corrupt big food owners would howl. the riots could be handled by NG and LE. the sreams from the elites could be handled by DOJ-LOL.

And Bonus, we can short Coca Cola & Frito Lay !!!

by ignoring the directed rulings by judges well below the SC,i don't for 1 min think that that is "breaking" the law. ie esp if he is doing something within the role of the exc branch. tell me how some district judge can say that the firing a bunch of bureaucrats is "illegal"? why is cutting off funding for proven to be corrupt waste of taxpayers $s? am no lawyer but this stuff seems to go well beyond even judicial "over reach" that we have been cursed with since at least LBJ.
the other thing that people should consider is 1933 Germany. Weimar republic was so AFU that Hitler was able to basically steal an election and appointment to chancellor. he was VERY popular for a good bit of time. similar with Peron. we actually had a dictatorship via Obiden. think about the options, the realistic ones, for the future.

The intelligence communities’ control western government. The government does not control the intelligence communities. This reality is the core of the great awakening that reconciles every facet of the conflict present and visible.
When things do not make sense; when things are unnatural and fraught with irreconcilable datapoints stemming from traditional perspectives that no longer align with what is visible; that’s because the intelligence apparatus is in control of it. Every example you can cite returns to this basic truth.
All of the western government systems, the “new democracy” as it is called, stem from a radically different construct. The intelligence services control the government; the government does not control the intelligence services.
The conflict in Ukraine exists because western intelligence services are controlling it. The reality is this “war” is not the Russian government -vs- the governments of various western nations in support of Ukraine. The true conflict is the western intelligence community vs the Russian government.
Vladimir Putin does not hate Americans. The Russian President hates the CIA.
When envoy Steve Witkoff is representing President Trump in his discussions with Vladimir Putin, Witkoff and Trump represent the government. However, the government is not the real control agent and Putin together with Trump/Witkoff know this.
Vladimir Putin and Donald J Trump are mutually aligned entities in a fight against western intelligence services. That’s the core understanding that must be at the forefront of any review or intellectually honest analysis of what is taking place.
The vulnerability within the position of the Western Intel Services, is that they must hide this reality. The IC must retain the illusion that government is in control of geopolitical events, because if that control mask is dropped everything changes. And I do mean EVERYTHING.
Everything that was irreconcilable suddenly starts to make sense when you accept that government is not in control, the government does not have the power. The intelligence services control government and the intel agencies are currently the source of geopolitical power. The politicians are the illusion of representative democracy that must be retained. That’s what this image should represent to everyone!

♦ If the United States President pulls all USA support away from Ukraine and instructs all elements of the USA government to withdraw support for the conflict, and yet the conflict continues with ongoing CIA operations, then what does that say about who really is in control?
Can you see the stakes at play for the CIA?
♦ When Marco Rubio says, repeatedly now, that “this is not our war” and “we didn’t start this war,” having previously asserted, “It’s been very clear from the beginning that President Trump views this as a protracted, stalemated conflict,” Rubio said. “And frankly, it’s a proxy war between nuclear powers, the United States helping Ukraine, and Russia,” is the former Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee being honest now, or is Secretary of State Rubio attempting to clean up the inconvenient truth he said originally?
Can you see the stakes for the CIA?
There are corporations and financial systems that intersect with the politicians; and those politicians are controlled by the Intelligence Community.
That is the very essential baseline for The Great Awakening!!
[ps. If you really wanted to join me in the rabbit hole; and knowing how important this moment is to the control agents; meaning how much they needed to get back control after Trump threatened to walk away from the conflict; then please accept I am 50/50 on how Pope Francis died. Was it really a natural death or was it the result of the IC needing a geopolitical event -like a funeral- to bring all of the principal actors together.]

President Zelenskyy Responds to Question Following Trump Meeting

@AZLong
Does the President have powers over immigration? Yes he does.
Have Presidents not tried to expand the powers of the president since the beginning of the country? Yes.
If he has the powers to say who can and can't come into the country doesn't he also have the power to restrict their actions when they are here illegally?
I guess we're going to have to wait for the courts to decide.
As you have said that the voting laws fall on the states. Do they have authority to regulate citizens as well as non citizens when immigration is a federal level issue?

You need to define "powers over immigration".

The president cannot set immigration laws. The executive branch *enforces* laws, they do not write them.

States cannot make up their own immigration laws, no. They are not authorized to even enforce federal laws on immigration. Texas has a unique position wrt ability to arrest illegal immigrants.

I have not been discussing this subject, not sure why you are asking me about it.

Next time Donald says they do not want to buy our chicken . Its because its mostly subpar shit

The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced on Thursday that it is withdrawing a proposed rule that would have required poultry companies to limit the presence of salmonella bacteria in their products,

WTF i don't get this one. is USDA out of control of RFK? is this a similar example like the judges defying Trump? did this slip thru a crack? any response or reply to this should tell a lot about the new admin. worrisome if they can't control even new food warfare. yea,Salmonella is a real bad contamination. been there.

Yes you have been discussing it. Are you acting ignorant intentionally?

So Trump does not need to obey any laws?

No they determine if laws are being broken. In this case, the constitution is being violated. So, Trump does not obey laws? Unless I missed the coronation, he was elected president, not ordained King. Congress and the states have the power to regulate elections. Not the president.

The subject was on Trump EO that illegals can not vote.

What was stated was that Trump did not have to follow the decision of a judge, as they have no "power" over him.
I asked OP if Trump had to follow any laws at all, and of course got no answer. Just as you did not answer anything. My "discussion" of immigration was in response to YOU. What exactly was the point of this post?

Never solve the "cannot find workers" issues until the safety nets are ended. Record numbers of people are off the work force because of the handouts. Need to go back to the "work or starve" mentality. Yes, there are some who need help but they are overwhelmed by the fraudsters!

Boeing has a 7 year production order backlog of those planes and has already had buyers come forward stating they would buy them instead of waiting years for their orders to be fulfilled. This hasn’t affected Boeing.
There are precious few people who are aware of how the aerospace industry works, both in the commercial and defense sectors.

Demand is extremely high due to how hard it is to actually produce aircraft that are safe, reliable, and durable that deliver performance customers are looking for.

Boeing and Airbus are neck-to-neck as the safest airline manufacturers in the world, regardless of what retardation you read from corporate and legacy stupid media. The math is what people need to look at, not sensationalist headlines designed to sell ad space, nothing more.

China is finding out the hard way where they sit on the priority list of international relations. They are nothing but an overpopulated gaggle of starving rice farmers without the US. They chose to bite the hand that feeds them because they’ve been accustomed to screwing over the US as a matter of policy. Now they have to suffer the consequences.
