Gunsmithing Type of Cerakote for suppressors

I have done a bunch of research and still getting conflicting answers. What type of cerakote is most common for suppressors? H series, High temp air cooled or high temp oven baked. Pros vs cons? Thanks

The shop that applied Cerakote to my surefire used high temp oven cure. I am very happy with how the finish has held up to heat, impact and cleansers.
