Well yeah, war on terror was the same thing. You've got the 30mil predator drone firing a missile that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars (or millions) into a cave to kill a 5'4" tall sand person who has a rusty AK and a bucket full of hand grenades.

The US spends about 800 billion on defense annually. There's a lot of people making a lot of money not to mention regular blue collar folks, cities around military bases, it's a huge part of our economy.

Respectfully, not following. But I also wasn't implying anything more than they are countries not "protected" by NATO.

Most of them have a rank in power lower than Cuba, as rated by an arbitrary site that ranks countries by firepower.

This one is more telling especially about amount of people willing to vote and how 2021 public support for the cokesniffer fell and the fucker after the war claims he has some substantial support while he in '21 had basically pathetic 40% among those who would actually vote while a lot would not (and the survey was among west Ukraine people discount entire East).

But this is water under the bridge and completely irrelevant except for gauging the methods and procedures of external provocateurs and how their methodology works. (ID differences, ID weaknesses and exploit those by emphasising differences along those "IDed cracks")
Same goes for identity policy or any other method of dividing people (like new popular word in europe "femicide" as if killing a person of female gender is somehow different from killing a man and from the same people that claim that there are more than two genders etc..).
Its all a giant smoke and mirrors casino game and most of the people are dumbfucks dancing to the tunes of their own destruction while some suffer knowing there is little to be done because "dumb is overwhelming majority on this globe".

Divide the people with propaganda and keep them fighting amongst themselves and they can get away with a lot. It's a proven strategy for a very long time.

So, Trump said he could end this war.... but then he still provides support, money, weapons and intelligence. That's just going to prolong the meat grinder. Russia has already shown it can hit any target at will anywhere, any time in Ukraine. Hotels, NATO command centers, bunkers in far western Ukraine, gas depots, electric infrastructure... It's a joke.

My shot in the dark guess is to maintain lines while they negotiate

Rubio is supposed to meet with the Russians either today or tomorrow

i think he still wants ukraine to have some "cards" when they negotiate for a ceasefire or truce. art of the deal stuff.

yep the cut off was a sign.......a slap to zelensky reminding him who has the checkbook and an olive branch to putin ,i think both will take it as a sign we want a deal

Not to mention the oppression troops still around that area just to make sure they don't forget.

I remember they made a big deal about a ramadan bombing truce but they still bombed the serbs on christmas, also the serbs were "worse than hitler", concerts and aid for sarajevo etc, then within a few months it disappeared from the front page. Like poof or nevermind it's over let's talk about something else. No different than Ukraine.

Trump inherited a losing hand and the chips on the table are almost of the “all in type” so folding might be too expensive. Some of you who comment here and keep lying to yourself how your military or moral values somehow are of the advertised type and quality and that they matter in new global arena know the feeling as admitting the truth is beyond painful for you. Its not easy to face ones life was filled with lies and stuff that one was told since he was a kid were lies and big ones at that. Then there are those from Europe like the Finn here who lives in the “glorious” time ages ago when they “beat” Soviets (which is untrue btw) and imagines that inbred, faggoty, pedofile, lgbtq+ abominations somehow will with all their might muster anything but a miniscule fart in the wind.
Trump has still an option to fold on Ukraine and keep some of the chips but if he forces the hand also US might accelerate its demise and will follow Europe down the drain to irrelevance. For a while it seemed he actually has the brains and information to screw the Ukrops over and negotiate with Putin how to split Ukropland and spheres of influence but latest development shows complete “missing the point” and insult to Russians to come with such a proposal.

PS: I will allow that one is show for public and that discussion behind the closed doors is of different substance and inline with reality as truth in full dose now would be unbearable for most of the dumbfucks in the west suffering from illusions of grandeur.

If you want more proof of the copium just follow the MSM. Unprecedented that when someone turns the proposal of the mighty west down is not followed by barrage of attacks, accusations and handwringing. Instead “putin accepts” this is a very telling how panicked and weak the collective west is grasping for straws in hope that Russia agrees. So much for gas station masquerading as a country with gdp of texas or italy trying to fight the Captain America and the merry fags of europe.
Perhaps there is really a deal being hammered out in background which will somehow allow US to save face and Russia to secure its borders and Russian population. Also a strong signal to countries with Russian minority (baltic chihuahuas) to fuck off and behave.

he claims that there are a large # of Muslim soviet citizens fighting with Russia,mostly Turk ethnicity and Chechnyian. he says about 20K KIA.
this is remarkable if true. nasty wars in 90s between Russia and Chechnya. Russia essentially won them but took some big hits. i sem to remember that that big terrot attack in Moscow was done by the Chechnyans i bet they incorporated many lessons into their doctrine. if Putin has repaired
relations with them,that gives the big lie to any talk of lack of popular support for Putin by the people. that they are willing to fight and die under Russian command as Russians,looks even worse for anyone trying to destabilize it. BTW those wars were by Yeltsin not Putin.
repeating stuff but i think restarting mil aid was areal bad idea. cut off all aid and it ends fast,which would meet the goal of saving Uke lives. obviously not my or anyone else's call.
