Just wondering what is the best for mounting it on my LMT MWS 308? I was thinking on the larue QD LT104? Any other good mounting options available? Thanks in Advance

I don't think the T-PAL will fit in the LT104. Use the LT 111 OBR Mount. Thats what I use with my MR-10 on an LMT MWS.

Don't waste money on Larue, its garbage compared to other options out there.

Use the search function, you will learn plenty.

Larue is all I have owned, I love them but also looked at American rifle company and spuhr, but they are big money too, can u give me a few other names out there that r good? Thanks

The Larue LT111 or LT112, Boboro, ADM recon SW are some other ones that will fit the TPAL. The turret section is about 3". If you have any other question please feel free to contact me.

Cobracutter, I own 19 different LaRue Mounts (optic, weapon light, bipod). I have had zero issues. Please let us know what problems you have experienced with LaRue Mounts so we know what to look out for. Thanks

He bashes Larue on every QD thread and never offers up any info as to why they suck. They work, plain and simple. Downsides are 1. Mark Larue is a douche 2. There's other mounts out there that offer more clamping force 3. They fuck up the finish. I don't care about #1 and #3. As for #2 they offer plenty of clamping force and get the job done. You really can't go wrong with a Larue, bobro, ADM, as well as several others.

For me though, I'd pass on QD and go with a NF Unimount. I've never needed to quickly detach an optic and the Unimount returns to zero as well if not better when torqued properly.
