Rifle Scopes USO SSDS BDC question

I've bothered Jeff enough yesterday regarding the SSDS I've happened across, so I was curious if anyone knows <span style="font-weight: bold">for sure </span>if the adjustments on the USO SSDS are in MOA or IPHY???
