That list is stupid. There's so much shit on there that you don't need an ID for. Also, how do you get a state ID so that you can vote if you don't have an ID? They need to redo the list and think about what you actually need an ID for. Shit I have never needed an ID to get into a casino

Not in GA. The State supposedly verifies the info before an ID/License is issued.

Florida is “Real ID” compliant, As is every other state according to the patriot act. These rules went into place post 2008 and are mandatory. To get a drivers license or state issued ID card, you are required to present three documents. First one is a birth certificate if you are a citizen, and it cannot be a copy. Original stamped. If you lost yours, you’ll have to contact your home state and get them to issue a new one. Second thing you need is an original Social Security card. The third and final item is proof of residential Address. That means a lease, utility bill, auto insurance bill, or some other acceptable document with your name on it. Here in Florida, once you are compliant your drivers license wears a star in the corner. I had to do mine I believe two renewals ago.
Non-citizens have a different list, but still have to produce three documents.

I wired the payoff on our house a few weeks ago. Needed my DL and another form of ID. They accepted my bank issued CC, but not my DoD issued ID.
At the Lincoln County Courthouse, in Hugo, Colorado in 1970 I applied for, and got a Voter Registration Card with Birth Certificate, Driver's License, and my US Army ID card and signed the big book at the County Clerk's Office to be able to vote. Everyone else at the time did something the same in order to vote, and I would show that card at the Polling place when I went to vote. That Voter ID card was good from then on, until no longer needed???

the 'driver' is usually recommended in case they dilate the pupils. the mask, just part of the ongoing obedience demands. ID, no idea.
I had a debate today on this subject. It is not that the Democrats think black are too stupid to find a DMV, oh no, they are too poor to afford hundreds of dollars for a drivers license or they have no way or cannot afford to get to the DMV. The thought of going through the process is enough in of itself to turn minorities off from voting. If that is all it takes then those individuals are simply to lazy to put the effort into getting an ID or they are afraid of getting arrested.
I also saw something that alluded to ID is racist and a form of white control, or some such bullshit.

I can answer that if you are using insurance. Insurance fraud is actually a big deal - imagine 10 people using one persons insurance card. It happens. Its the providers responsibility to check the person is whom they claim to be. As far as taking pictures of the ID or person in the office- it can actually be useful esp.in geriatrics. A significant decline in appearance often pre-dates a significant medical issue such as heart attack or stroke.
