On the liberal boards I troll at I found many there saying that seeing all of these ‘hicks with assault weapons intimidating everyone’ has just made them
more convinced that even stricter gun control is required than what is currently proposed.

I'm not sure what the correct term is, but all the drivel that this FUCKING FLAKE has written is eleventy steps past "grandstanding". Yes, several were concerned in the committee hearings about other evidence discovered during gun seizure and other details. That would be of course to the benefit of their drugged-out voters but who cares.

While SB240 contains some resemblance of due process, it lacks formal redress and penalties for false and frivolous accusations. It should not be too hard to convince delegates representing minorities that the law as written could easily be used to the detriment of their constituents. Not everyone has the coin for a civil libel suit.

“If any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, shall use a computer or computer network to communicate obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act”
They do not care about trampling any part of the constitution.

I share Vamike’s view. The republicans introduced a bunch of bills that were in committee today. They were dead on common sense stuff. Making the laws stronger for crimes using guns, making mandatory long sentences for gun violence crimes. It was about 10 bills. Guess who killed them all?
Every damn ad going forward should be on them saying they want gun safety and then voting against every thing that punishes people for using guns in crimes.
That type of ad would damage them for certain. If we can just find a republican or PAC with balls to do it.

If they arrest anyone for breaking any of these unconstitutional laws, it will have been way past the time to have been shooting. I can assure you imprisonment related to unconstitutional laws will not be in my future. Their courts are stacked by like minded tyrants, so I surely wouldn't expect any real justice in my favor. The tree of liberty was once watered by freedom loving individuals before me so that I was able to enjoy freedom so far in my life. If they ever wish to seek me out related to their unconstitutional BS laws, it would be an honor for me to water the tree of liberty myself in order to pay it forward for those wishing to remain free after me. I would most likely be found in the coroner's office along with a few of the "just doing my job" oppressors.

Ruby Ridge, Waco, Katrina, combined werent enough. IF the redcoats had molested the 6k in the fence, that PROBABLY would have been enough to start the hootenanny at the next bridge. But, in the historical context, the 6k in the fence were pre-harbor warning as done then.
It would more than likely take 50 or a hundred localized arrests of people like you, with injury or death to them AND family to 'woke' enough people to go to the bridge... that much watering would have to happen b4 people would be willing to lose all they possess to get at it.
