Or, was there supposed to be? I think I missed the memo about this thing on here. I saw it being tossed around in a couple places, and was curious what/how/why/when/etc. Any viable intel would be appreciated.

Sidenote, I mean I saw a 2.5-10x32 being mentioned. I'm aware of the one that is already offered. I'm mainly interested for the x32 part.

Jason, I realized that I should've mentioned the x32 part in there to begin with. I was aware that the x44 is a current offering. I was editing my original post probably while you were posting that. Thanks!

SWFA listed the scope you mentioned in their pre-shot show listing over on Optics talk. Later the listing for that scope was removed, however ILya mentioned that it is indeed still in the works and that it should debut late this year.

Let's hope that if/when this scope does come to market, the optical system is more optimized than the current 2.5-10x44. ILya did a review on a few mid-range scopes and the Vortex left him un-impressed.

Thanks for that. I recall seeing it then reading that it was removed.

This is what I'm rather interested in it for. I know that an NF 2.5-10 wont be in my budget anytime soon, then I remembered this new Vortex piece (edit, assuming it will be priced similiarly to other Vortex offerings). Time will tell. I just wanted to see if it was still being considered down the line.

Thanks guys.

For the record, it looks like Vortex has been tweaking their PSTs a little and current manufacture 2.5-10x44s look a fair bit better than the scopes I tested.

I've been reading about this on various forums as well. The words is that it is a FFP EBR reticle. Again, I read this other forums so take it for what it is worth. MSRP is supposed to be ~850.

What do you guys hope to gain by reducing the objective from 44mm to 32mm? I don't get it...
Personally I'd rather see a mid powered variable introduced in the Razor line.
