Rifle Scopes Vortex GEN 3 Razor Price increase.

1. I wish I had that much time
2. You could throw a rock blindly and hit a shooter using a Vortex Razor at a match. Only 34 shooters report using a LRP S3 in PRS. 🤷🏾‍♂️
3. Again, I wish I had time/money to shoot a match every weekend 😉😉

I’m not saying anything about an lrp I’m saying I had one guy in my squad this weekend with one the rest were atacrs tangents zco’s and one dude with a Burris xtr3? Could be wrong on the number. I don’t feel like I see many in Oklahoma.

Sure are a lot more Kahles shooters out there than some people on here would love to elude to... Interesting... So it was all just loudmouth bullshit, just like I called them out on. Vindication is nice.

Sponsorships, and monkey-see/monkey-do mentality... Other than that, there's no reason it should be that disproportionate. They're honestly not that impressive of a scope for the price.
Thays what I am saying. Only know one guy with one and he never speaks highly about it. He’s always wanting to trade it for something.

Why do you get so butthurt over things to the point you actually disdain certain people for not liking those same things?

I hate Savage rifles, but you don’t see me constantly going out of my way to quote and comment and be a dick to specific people and harassing them repeatedly for liking them, every single chance I get. You don’t see me personally harassing individual Leopold owners do you? I’m allowed to have an opinion. But everyone loves to personally harass me, throw out assumptions, call me an idiot, etc... Normally I just try to let it go, because it’s the internet, and people are retarded, and have their own set of personal issues. And they can do it all day long and nothing ever happens to them…But the second I start throwing it back at them, I’m suddenly the bad guy. 🙄

There "used" to be a whole lot more kahles shooters out there. Not today homey.

I know one dude who is an amazing shooter who runs them (He is sponsored), and another dude who is a very good shooter/MD (He posts here often) who runs them. They are really the only two I can think off the top of my head at matches.

Its like Bushnell. They used to be super popular too, when people cared what TEAM GAP shot and the market was much smaller/different. Virtually everyone I know who was shooting Kahles when I started competing 3 years ago, has switched to something else. Many of them due to issues with Kahles.

They are not super common at matches. I see more Burris XTR's or S&B's on the line, and they are not very popular. I would get outside of the K&M Sphere of influence, very few.

Leupold, Vortex, NF, ZCO and TT is like 95% of the optics at 2 day matches. 1 days are littered with casuals and just as many arkens and apex as kahles. Most old legacy optics, probably older shooters who dont switch gear much.

Vortex isn't the only one, Burris clearly increased effective prices in the last 2-3 weeks. Used to be you could get a XTR III for $925 and the XTR Pro in the $1450 range if you shopped around. Now all those same stores are running $1250 for the XTR III and $1950 more for the XTR Pro. Basically a 30% increase to effective street pricing.

You can now get the MK4HD 6-24x for less than an XTR III 5.5-30.

So, back up to the same prices they were 4-6 months ago.

Just found a XTR Pro for $1560 in stock.

I've been eyeballing a couple of scopes at EO for awhile, this past week the prices shot up. Everything is going up.
I already have a black R3 on my Vudoo and just bought another a few days ago for a rifle I'll be getting in a few months. I initially bought an ATACR 5-25x56 since there were like-new demo models for $2400 but ended up cancelling that and just getting another black R3. The step-down in optical quality for a bit of extra durability just wasn't worth it for the rifle I'm getting.
