Me either and I a few miles away back then.I haven't spent a penny with CTD since...lol
yeah, I refuse to shop there and some others. making good money is part of business but that was nutsOh we remember, when they listed pmags for 57 dollars I never went back to their website.
I remember getting burnt by Remington very well and haven’t bought anything since. No one will remember.
FL?Same, but I will use mine until a better shooting one comes along. It's parked with a few brinks of ammo for the Regional Finale, and Nationals. Going to test a RimX of all things this weekend at a regional qualifier......looking like a possible option so far, but who knows with rimfire.
Sort of. Im sure if you dig through the hide you will find the details. However it wasn't the owners of Vudoo. Before Vudoo was Vudoo didn't they used to be a CF rifle builder that also closed up shop?
If so that would make this the 2nd business they have failed at. IMO the Vudoo actions have always felt like shit...
Me either. Cause fuck em! Somehow they survived.I haven't spent a penny with CTD since...lol
YouTube link no workthis is the new ceo who they spew all over https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacob-herman-403b46249/
a quick search shows him in a dallas safari club interview on rigby rifles - you be the judge ...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivPwjcJBbbs
Interesting video which would depict he’s a stand up guy interested in establishing relationships with customers and business partners. Which would literally go against the latest reports of lacking customer service, employee reports and lack of communication to current customers about the move which we’ve seen here so farthis is the new ceo who they spew all over https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacob-herman-403b46249/

Okay, so you already build the very best rimfire BR actions out there and have been for some time now.I wouldn't hold my breath on that one
Didn’t it use savage magazines or something? Always wanted to build one back in the day but there wasn’t much info and never could find out what they used for bottom metal. He already did , before all of this rimfire stuff took off
New CEO date was last summer (2024), but that's public PR magic fairytales land.Does anyone have a timeline (including dates) of when the PE company took over and when Paul and Jill left?
Frank wants ideas for podcast and what not maybe a 20 minute conversation with Jacob explaining the future and current situation would be cool. It would certainly be worth it if they plan to maintain a decent customer baseNew CEO date was last summer (2024), but that's public PR magic fairytales land.
In the real world, this was surely working on a different timeline. or at least that would be my guess.
Appreciate the Press release to help establish the timeline. like you said, it likely had been going on for a bit before it was announced. I would be great to Hear from Frank but I suspect there are several NDA's in place that would prohibit that from happening.Frank wants ideas for podcast and what not maybe a 20 minute conversation with Jacob explaining the future and current situation would be cool. Bud, I feel for you, but understand it was not intentional by anybody who worked there. Things are happening in the background to hopefully resolve the problems, hang in there.I ordered a custom Vudoo in February and was told it would be about 2 months. A bit over $4,000. Now, no gun, no money, no one will answer a phone, email goes unanswered as well.
I really don't understand how anyone with a conscience could treat me or anyone else this way. Even a call or email saying, see you in bankruptcy court would at least give me something.
Hopefully you paid with a cc. Contact the cc company start a charge backI ordered a custom Vudoo in February and was told it would be about 2 months. A bit over $4,000. Now, no gun, no money, no one will answer a phone, email goes unanswered as well.

I know that it isn't you doing it, and your company has a stellar reputation, but failure to contact your paid customers IS intentional on Vudoo's part. It costs nothing for them to reach out and treat customers with respect. Especially those that have dropped thousands. I run a Vudoo 360 and have for years, not sure that I would buy another unless it is picked up by a reputable owner.Bud, I feel for you, but understand it was not intentional by anybody who worked there. If there were a potential business deal in the works, what would be gained by spilling the beans to a bunch of negative Nellie’s on SH? What if it doesn’t happen? What if it does, but there’s a lot of shit to be cleaned up before anything happens?Gotta love all the secrecy behind this…. TOP SECRET stuff must be going on where they build custom 22 rifles….. Best disinfectant is sunlight.
Pretty sure if I was buying vudoo I’d want to get ahead of this crap. Or if I was vudoo I’d want to save face and say sorry we are done but there’s a potential deal.If there were a potential business deal in the works, what would be gained by spilling the beans to a bunch of negative Nellie’s on SH? Get real.
As to Voodoo current ownership and their dealings, time will tell. But it’s not looking good. Hold your breath…

I picked one up from a buddy, he needed cash and I had the ability to help out. I only have myself to blame for not grabbing a few mags. From what I've seen most of the spare parts and magazines were snapped up as soon as this thread started. Vudoos are specialty rifles.
I got my spare items when I purchased the rifles knowing I will need them down the road regardless.
Yeah but how many mags you got?In that case, is anyone interested in a pristine, low round count (sub 2k) Gen 2 vudoo? Original, before MB left, and before the company tanked. 30k firm.
I have an aluminum 12rd mag. Would let got for 1200 bucks. Shipping includedYeah but how many mags you got?
