There are viral photos of a particular strain of graffiti that had showed up in Seattle as well as Minneapolis and Portland. It is a hammer and sickle along with the words "Liberals get a bullet too"...
A lot of former liberals and those who truly believed in a nonviolent leftist cause in the past are now scared. They had, intentionally or inadvertently created a beast in their years of activism whose ferocity cannot be satiated. There are liberals all over Twitter right now asking for alliances with their local gun owning Patriots, because they see us as the only force capable of slaying this beast if it comes for them. HOWEVER, it is our turn to ask these liberals now: "What about all these years you have slandered and demonized gun owners and the Patriot causes? Do you think we have forgotten and do you think we are just going to forgive this easily?"...

Antifa are foot soldiers for Bolshevik Communism, ie International Socialism, and have been since approximately 1918.
Fascism was an Italian movement of nationalist socialism, similar to the German National Socialists, hence their alliance.
Modern western liberal democracies often lump National Socialism and International Socialism together, but they are distinctly different. They were at each others throats from the Russian Revolution to the end of WWII, and beyond.
I don’t give a rats ass if they are National or International - ANTIFA is a cancer and should be treated accordingly.
Just remember, liberals can't be loyal to the greatest country on the planet, why on earth would they be loyal to us. Once you save their bacon and the threat subsides, they'll throw us under the bus at the drop of a hat. If they want to prove to me they're worthy, let them prove it in November.

Oxymoron. Socialism is never nonviolent, it always relies on force. It's good that they are terrified. Maybe facing the very monster they created will bring about an appreciation for moral limits on force, both individual and societal. And it was inadvertant only in that they were confident that they would be the implements of the great cleansing to come, not the objects.

I've fired more rounds this month than the guy who spray painted that wannabe threat has in his life. This lowly "classical liberal" and "supporter of the US Constitution" almost certainly has more trigger time than every member of "Boston Antifa" combined. If it were to actually get violent, it would get very, very bad for these jokers. Very, very quickly. I'm just not concerned. Their guy with likely the most military experience of any of them got waxed pretty quickly in Austin. Hardly a blueprint for success. They're bark, not bite. Way too much to actually worry about out there than a couple wannabe totalitarian leftists.

NSADP and German Communist party platforms were almost identical in Weimar with the exception of the Jew hatred of the Nazis. The first order of business was to destroy the Communists, because they knew that all of them that weren't Jews would become instant Nazis the moment they did...and they did.
William Shirer lays all this out in the seminal book, "The Rise and Fall of The Third Reich". I do not believe that anyone has a broad understanding of the subject unless you read this book, which goes way more in-depth as to the causes of the rise. We all know about the fall, but how it happened is really remarkable, and absolutely timely given what's going on in this country. I highly recommend reading this book, and don't blame me if the parallels are chilling.

I was just a child when Carter ran in '76, but even then I had read enough to know Carter was NOT the man for the job. No ill-will towards him in '76 he just wasn't the guy. I distinctly remember arguing with a cousin (farmer) that subsidies were BS and that paying people not to harvest was even bigger BS. And I could probably cut some people slack that voted for him in '76; but if in 1980 they voted for him after watching the destruction of our military, the hostage situation, etc, then I'd agree - they lost complete credibility by voting democrat and for Carter. It wasn't until MUCH later I figured Carter may be a good person; but he has kind of lost that concept on me since 2008 where he'll jump on any super left concept and support it.
