If I had to guess I would say that may have been some reciprocal advertising for both companies.......

I don’t drink coffee, tea, beer (unless I’m desperate or stuck in a weird social situation), dip, smoke, or think that building an AR is a better choice than buying a quality one. It would seem they ratted themselves out. Just another pretend company, trying to appeal to the shooting arena. I don't drink coffee but I'd bet they lose 75% of their sales because of their stance on this matter.

Holy shit this is about to go from bad to worse... What's this about Tulsi Gabbard campaign donations I am hearing about right now? One of my peeps at work just sent out a group email saying that BRCC donated to a prominent anti-gun politician...
They chose to make a statement, so they chose NOT to remain neutral. Their coffee is purchased by those who believe they support patriotism and the 2nd ammendment, not because they make damn good coffee.
I tried the BRCC “sampler” years ago, not impressed, so never bought any more.

As long as SWMBO does not find out how much this stuff costs, I might explore more coffee types/brands in the future.

Hello, I’ve been buying 4 bags of your coffee every 2 weeks for a number of years. There were 2 reasons, the first is you sell really good coffee. The second was I was just tired of supporting the political beliefs of companies such as Starbucks which are the polar opposite of my own. Then I see that you disavowed yourself from Kyle Rittenhouse. I gave several times to his defense fund as did more than a few other like minded people I know, and to be blunt your statement concerning the matter was disrespectful to all of us. We have money passionately I might add to a kid who obviously defended himself. Every effort to help Kyle Rittenhouse was set upon by the powers that be, blocking every attempt. By releasing your statement you have joined the chorus of those who believe freedom is only for those who believe a certain way, and I hate to break it to you but it’s the same group that has hated BRCC for years. I couldn’t tell you the exact numbers but you’ve just royally pissed off a large percentage of your customer base, a customer base that supports your company in large part for what we thought you believed in. Even though I wasn’t paid a dime in my shop there were BRCC stickers on the tool boxes, and I extolled the virtues of BRCC if anyone asked. Yes I love that you support veterans but what’s the point if a veteran comes home and their town is burned to the ground and the only right they have left is to hide in their homes and hope the looting ends. Kyle Rittenhouse actually tried to make a difference, and was attacked for his efforts, since your company did nothing while towns were being looted it would have at least been courteous for you to shut the hell up after the fact if you didn’t have the courage to support someone who did stand up(which by the way a pillow company had the courage to do). I’m rather angry at the moment so I’m not going to say I’m canceling my monthly standing order mainly because I detest the cancel culture, but I will say you’ve turned a loyal customer into one that will change if a better option presents itself, as good as your coffee is tomorrow morning it will leave a bad taste in my mouth and to add insult to injury my favorite coffee cup is one of your mugs.
