What are the must have features of a new short action receiver?

I would like a 60 degree throw as well as affordable options. I do not want /need an integral rail as I have smashed up rails before. I like being able to replace them. I also see no reason to have a integral lug as they can be pinned? And are held on by the barrel. I know you have profit margins to think about but a base model would be nice. I live in Lincoln and have been smithing for many years so I am pulling for you guys!

Remington 700 foot print
8-40 scope base holes with 700 spacing
double pinned tapered lug
3 lug 60 degree bolt throw
1 piece bolt
Kelbly Panda style extractor
No integral lug or rail
use an adjustable trigger hanger...FWIW, I want the trigger positioned to where when you raise the bolt handle straight up and then lower it straight back down that the trigger will be reset. The adjustable hanger or a couple of hangers with different offsets will allow the trigger to be timed better.
bolt shroud threads that actually fit and make sure the firing pin tip is captivated in the cocked position through firing sequence.
side bolt release
offer fluted bolt bodies, but make them with no flutes as standard. Flutes are useless and only cosmetic.

Lastly, offer left handers too, otherwise it'll be useless to me:)
