I don’t really agree with all of that. There are plenty of times when a guy should bring more than one gun to the range. Say you have load work to do for your main rifle and backup rifle. Wife just got a new scope, gotta sight that in. New barrel on your boys gun; gotta start lid work for that. Youngest just started shooting but is too small to carry his rifle safely over the snow and/or ice. And finally, a 22 to shoot the 6x5. If it’s at a range you have to drive a ways to, and your off days are limited, you make the most of a range day.
I can shoot all those guns in a range season without fatigue. I do it all time actually. Last time I took. The creeper out with some friends to another friends house, 2.5 hours away to shoot out to 2800, I brought 6 rifles for myself. Drop verification and all that... if at the end of the day, Im still putting rounds on steel at 2800 with a 377gr bullets going 3000fps, I’d say fatigue isn’t a problem.
No point in trying to make a guy feel bad for not doing what you do at the range when they ask a question.
