K-Bars What Knife is in your pocket right now?

This showed up today. VERY happy.

Kershaw Ken Onion Leek, Blackwash Finish.

I REALLY like my Leek but it doesn't go in the pocket deep enough. You can get a version from WalMart for $50 that might be the best $50 knife you can buy.

Similar to my Pro-Tech Newport above. The Newport hides deep in your pocket and is a smidge larger and a few 1/10s of a gram lighter.

HUGE fan of Ken Onion too. I have several of his designs and carried a Ripple for at least 6 years, maybe longer.

I need one of those, his website doesn't list CPM m4, I wonder if he still uses it. I'm not really interested in any of the steels he has listed, but something like that in M4 or M390 would be the cat's ass.

He'll use pretty much any steel. I do know he prefers the M390 for his hard use stainless customers. I have a couple of his 154CM blades (Viper 4.5" and another STAC), and they're amazing. His heat treat is outstanding.

Microtech Trodon serated. My EDC is like picking an accessory for the day, and consists of several benchmade models, a pair of ProTech models, a trio of Spyderco models, and my microtech. I also carry a barage of fixed blade options depending on the application, but my favorite is a Chris Reeve fixed blade with 8" of act right.

ZT804CF. On the larger side but carries very well & feels great in my hand.

I alternate depending on my mood. Always a benchmade though. Had lost the Presidio for a while but found it in my luggage a few months later.

If out on the town in Heritage boots I like to tuck either of these gentleman's cutters in my front pocket; custom Philip Booth automatic opener (switchblade) or a Chris Reeve titanium folder; law enforcement doesn't get called when someone at an adjacent dining table observes them being used to cut bread.
