I think you make awesome mounts Jon, I can't disagree. They are just out of my price range. And I visit Larue every year for their tactical shoot so as a fellow Texan I have allegiance.
Does Larue make canted bases? I was under the presumption they did, but you had to specify? No where in the ordering do I see where to do that, I guess you have to call them up? Does anyone here have a 50mm objective scope with a larue mount on an AR-15? USACS - thanks for that information on the elevation I'll need, I really appreciate it. I don't necessarily care if my eyepiece is in front of or over my charging handle, it doesn't really bother me. I find the excessively forward mounted scopes a little awkward looking anyway. </div></div>
Pyrex- I believe you're looking for the Larue LT-158. It is the same as the LT-104 SPR mount, but with 10 MOA of cant. It's listed on their site under optic mounts. </div></div>
Ah, I found it! Will 10MOA cant be enough for a 75gr .223 projectile at 1000 yards with my vortex pst?
