One minor report of looting in Hooterville this evening. Quickly stopped from a second story bedroom window.
Since WI has been shut down, Mid March, date night has sort of been on hold. Jamie said it’s date night and stuff is open, let’s make it happen!

Looks like you're filleting bluegill. My grandpa used to cook them whole. If you've never tried it I recomend it.

This was last Saturday off of the Cheasapeak . We saw 3 and a bunch of I assume frigates and similar sized boats. They were doing helecoter ans Osprey operations. Had a Blackhawk?? fly right up to our boat and wave to the owner and his son

Some good stuff lately. I had gotten way behind while working on the cabin. Almost finished with the upstairs -
This room is 16 x 24, 10 feet to the flat part of the ceiling. For the uninformed, that's a shitload of 1x6 overhead and 1x8 on the walls.
And framing carpenters really suck.

I did tongue and groove knotty pine in the downstairs kitchen. 1x8 walls only.
No inch of board is the same.
Why 1x6 on ceiling? Contrast?

Wanted to do shiplap on the walls. Edge & Center bead on the ceilings is more traditional where I grew up, and 1x6 looks better to my eye than the wider stuff.
