Maggie’s What's Your View II

Just finished up a 3 day 600+ mile charter on the Yukon. The last 109 miles home I got to run light and solo. Took these on the move so not the best, but it was a great evening cruising the river. First pic is the “Bone Yard”, took the longer route to see them and look for any mammoth remains sticking out of the face. It’s about 3 miles long and gets as high as 200’ above the river. Second pic is about 50 miles from home heading west towards the mountains in the distance.

Veer, what the heck is wrong with ya?
Too many heavy boxes?.....
Guessing your ticker maybe? Your at least awake and getting water.

Alpha, hope they got you on some antibiotics that work well with whiskey..... Hand guys are pretty impressive and will get you all fixed up.

One our plastics hand guys put my buddies back together after taking a .45 that entered in the hand in the middle of the the 5th metacarpal and crossed over and blew out the 3rd knuckle of the bird and pointer fingers. Took 5 hours but he has full use after about a year of rehab.
Shot by a gangbanger he was yelling at to stop stealing his neighbors truck....

Wound up with a torn bursal sac in the foot, and a healthy wound. They fished a cyst out of it and put me in for a few days of IV antibiotics. I may need minor surgery, but they won't know until late tomorrow or the day after.

Looks like a little slice of heaven amigo? Frozen glass for the scotch?

That's an ice ball in the glass, it doesn't melt as fast as individual cubes and the drink doesn't get watered down. My wife, the two dogs and I sat out on the deck into the night, two hours later and there was still a good portion of the ice ball left.

Boys got me a little bit of this for father’s day. Supposed to be better than Taylor single barrel but I think I will need some elevation and trees for proper analysis?

You have some fantastic boys! Kudos on the bourbon, let us know your thoughts. But then again there's not much brown liquor I don't like. :)

My wife started Keto this spring. It sure is working for her! I don't think giving up beer bread and whiskey are for me... I do like pork rinds though

Its good stuff.

I started end of February probably down 10-15 pounds. Was never super heavy but definitely feel better.

It has a fancy name but based on what you cut out its kind of a no brainer you lose weight.

To most its weird that it works because I eat so much fat now I could put a wick in my turds and burn them as candles.

I was convinced its not a gimmick based on following my daughters Type I diabetes care. For her Ketones are an issue but if you have an operating pancreas you can switch from sugar burning to fat burning and go.

I miss the beer a little bit but really miss the ice cream I would eat very frequently now only in moderation. The other food though that I can eat in any quantity I want as long as its high in fat makes up for it.

UMMMMM Bacon.

I thought you were talking about the lady in tight fitting jeans as dessert...... fresh berries are a bonus.

Any of you who do not get the song reference are commies or worse.

Stuff is stacking deep for me this week. Momma has the kidney stone that still hasnt passed.
Got a call at work yesterday that my cousin and her husband were in a bad crash just an hour north of me, right where I turn off to go shooting at Pawnee grasslands on CO 14. Launched their 3400 lb Lance right out of the bed of the truck.
They have 3 moderate injuries between the both them, dang lucky. She has a fx sternum. Her husbands arm got peeled a bit by the elbow, all the skin, fascia, some muscle, and a chip of bone. He has some swelling in his eye causing blurri g and the optho guy isnt sure his vision will return to normal.
They have to wash out the elbow a few more times before skin grafts.

Their F250 was TBoned by another going 60+ that ran a stop sign. Took 75+ minutes to get Steve out of the drivers seat.

LMFAO ! "Can you tell me my release date". "When do I go to Court?". "Gimme a grievance form". "What time is it".

Eat a big bowl of patience EVERY morning. Always do what you say you'll do. Trust NOBODY.

Congrats man. You're gonna see shit you can't imagine. Stay safe!

Wishes as well their way. So very lucky. Terrible accident.

Hi,

Just wait until he walks by a confinement cell and the inmate is sitting next to toilet and talking to his shit family....literally his "snowman" family made from shit that he has sitting on toilet rim.

The first thing you can do is ask "What in the hell are you doing"; when you know good and well what he is doing. lolol.

Or the first cell extraction where inmate strips naked and covers himself and floor with shampoo and conditioner.

Sincerely,
Theis
