I have had an eotech on my rifle for the last 10 years. The last two times I qualified with my patrol rifle my eotech was way off. I am going to upgrade to an aimpoint. Every august my dept gives us $500 for equipment. Which aimpoint should I go with. I was thinking the comp m4 but I'm not up to date on the latest and greatest. What is your expiriences?

Go big, or small in this case, and go with the T1.

If you're looking to save a few dollars, the AimPoint PRO would be perfect. Are you running any night vision? If not, you can step up to a Micro H-1 and save a few dollars as well. Another vote for H1/T1. Get the 2 MOA version. You can increase what you see as dot size by adjusting illumination. Micros are very very fast and would certainly be what I would want on my rig in your line of work...
The CompM4/M4S is a solid scope, and it's built like a friggin' tank. It weighs about the same too. I have an M4S and I love it. It's a great optic, but it's an expensive scope. When I look at the cost of the PRO, I'm not convinced that the M4/M4S is worth the added expense for what we are doing on duty.
Our squad rifles have PROs on them, and we're at 2.5 years now with them and never had a single problem with any of them. I'm not a fan of the height, as the PRO is essentially an absolute co-witness (just an RCH off, but close enough). I have the M4S and T1, and my next Aimpoint will most likely be a PRO transplanted into an ADM cantilever Lower-1/3 Co-witness mount. As much as I like the light weight and compact size of the Micro, the small tube size of the optic makes for a much more narrow eyebox when you're behind the rifle. When working in alternative firing positions like rollover, urban prone, SBU etc, I have a much easier time acquiring the dot with the M4 or PRO than I do the T1.

I haven't looked, but if there is a price difference between the Aimpoint H/T-1 in the 4 vs. 2 MOA models I have the following to offer.
I own one of each of the T-1's, and with the unaided eye I cannot see a difference in dot size with them side by side. Perhaps with a magnifier it would become obvious, but I can't see a difference in normal use.

IMO, go w/ the T1 / H1 in 2MOA. These things are bombproof. If you haven't seen the Daniel Defense Torture Test (season 1 & 2) you need to look at it before you spend your money. After seeing the ass kicking this optic absorbs, the choice will be easy. Events such as the helo drop, exploding car, etc were all the convincing I needed. I'll trust my life to the T1 all day long. If you use NVGs, the T1 & the PRO will be fine. It'll also add to the resale value if you ever want / need to sell, etc. Another benefit of the T1 / H1 is battery life; SEVEN Years is pretty impressive. If you don't used NVGs an H1 is your best bet. The Comp M4 is great too. But as another member stated it is HEAVY as far as dot-type optics are concerned. However, you can rest assured that any Aimpoint product you buy will be a quality product.
I'll throw the Aimpoint Micro T1 2 MOA in also. To the OP, you and I have similar jobs. My T1 has been great. It's seen many a thousand a round, and has endured quite the beating in the trunk of a Vic. I had an EoTech for a couple of years but got tired of turning it on and off. The Aimpoint gets left on all shift and sometimes for weeks on end. As soon as you buy it and go 10-8 with it, you'll see that you get your money's worth. Stay safe out there.
