Who makes a 6 ARC upper?

How deep are your pockets??? If you want the best that you don't have to build, this would be it.

If you can't afford that then start here.

Built my upper:

CLE Bartlein 4groove 24", +2" gas system, Superlative adjustable gas block, matched bolt, Aero slick upper, Aero extended ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK Handguard, whatever nitride bolt carrier, whatever charging handle, Strike polymer port cover, picked up a few RTB nitride bolts as spares.

What they said, it's much nicer to build with your components exactly as you want than to replace components later and have a drawer of parts.

Have an AR-15 that you don’t shoot much anymore? As said earlier, swap out the barrel, bolt, and mags, and you have a new rifle!
I had a Barrett REC-7 in 300 BO that I didn’t shoot much anymore. Put in a Proof CF 18” and a bolt. Weighs in at less than 7#. Lighter and has less recoil. Love it

Grendel Hunter makes turn key uppers where you can pick from a number of options for colors and handguard length. They’re using a Liberty barrel from Satern.

I used them to build a 6.5 Grendel upper and have had good results with that gun. However, knowing what I know now, 3 years later, I’d have bought parts from a number of manufacturers and assembled it myself.
