I had been looking for about 6 to 7 months for a TRP Operator, started out at $1100 then went to $1350 still couldn't even find one then was guaranteed to get one at $1510 so I said get it then called and told by Springfield that they didn't have grips for the Kalifornia model and that was why there were NONE in Kalifornia but promised some would be out within the month 2 months later I get the call but now it is $1,890 are you kiddin' me? They said no. I decided to go with either a Les Bear, Wilson, or a Nighthawk. When the Nighthawk came by in the for sale section for less than what the TRP would be out the door (tax now in my county is 9.75% that adds ANOTHER $200 I jumped on and man is that GRP Recon sweet. I will be taking it out for its maiden voyage this weekend.

Actually back in 05 i picked one up new for $850, and a used one for $500. Now days you can still find one for less than $1200 just have to have patience and shop around, but there are still lots of dealers selling them for $1350.
