I went to the range today (finally after just over a month of lousy weather), it was a steamy (compared to what we've had) 54 degrees with a nice 12-15mph steady crosswind. I was working on the .308 loads, but brought the .22 since i've put a new 20moa base on it, and had to get it zeroed. Since I had the chrono already setup, I decided that I would finally run some rounds over it to see how they stack up.

The rifle was a Savage Mark II BV. I was rather shocked, and dissapointed in the results, however it would explain my verticle stringing at 200 yards, which I expected anyway, I was hoping for ES' in the 50's rather than what they are.
I'd like to get my hands on some Eley match stuff and try that out, we'll see what I can get together over the next several months, hope you guys find this interesting stuff, and perhaps useful.
