I don't want, nor will I allow, every asshole trespassing on me. However, if they ask to fish one of my 3 ponds, I am probably going to say yes. If they ask to shoot a doe, I will assess whether I think this particular asshole might be able to handle a weapon. I might have them show me they can hit some steel I have set up.
