You ever come across one of those auctions that make you question how the person manages to operate a computer?

The least he could have done is included a pic of the original stock with the body count notches carved in it. 🙄😆

he sold the m24 stock and Leupold scope (i asked him if he had the stock and Leupold from the M24 that was used in afgahnistan) about 4 years ago at the Conroe gunshow.

someone must have gotten a steal.

Can you also confirm they are issued Sniper Rifles, like this one?
No, of course not. Just saying the guys not totally full of shit. For that matter, I carried a peronally owned weapon while in the military on numerous occassions...some with Command consent, some without. It was easy to get your weapon over to Afghanistan/Iraq, there just wasn't an easy way to get it back. I know a lot of guys took their own uppers over, especially PMC's, and had trouble getting them back. So with this guy, as with all tall tales, they begin with a grain of truth.

If it had been a counter sniper scope....or a super sniper.....it would have been way more hurl worthy.
What was the guy thinking, missing an opportunity to use the word sniper 1 more time.

Is ol Dementia joe selling his dead sons rifle?!🤣
Foirst I take cirus expection to that rNnark. I am 73 and got no, no, no you know, that thing…..
Seems well worth it for a real battle tested {Afghanistan} FDIC edition sniper rifle in mint condition though
Man, If I had known the FDIC had such serious snipers on active duty, I might have held onto my US Army pushed Savings Bonds a bit longer. Damn, I could have been taken out by this fellow. Of course, I got those bonds in 1970, but a fine marksman such as this fellow could hold a grudge.

Fortunately, I filed a Form 5 before removing my tags. And paid my $200 tax stamp. So I have a properly-registered mattress under the NMA '34. I've got nothing to worry about!

Without the tag, it is unmarked. There is no provision in the NMA for the legal creation of a ‘ghost mattress.’ You should delete this post before a glowie sees it.

Did the assault mattress ban end? I bet that damn thing isn’t even 922R compliant
I think it's just beginning, according to loose-legged co-eds who don't get flowers the next day or regret not picking a guy with bigger meat ;-)

Assault Mattresses are a thing now!

No it hasn’t. But, hotels and motels can possess pre-ban assault mattresses. It’s really unfortunate, and it saddens me to think of the trillions of potential lives than have been snuffed by these weapons of distruction.

So hotels are the dealer sample hoarders I take it

The AM ban never really banned much, we were all running threaded headboards, fitted sheet lugs, and thirty coil box springs. But we had to be quiet about it
The National Mattress Act (NMA), aka the Assault Mattress ban, was never about limiting making or manufacturing assault mattresses. It is all about taxation, registration, and eliminating transfer of these dangerous weapons of mass destruction. And, this is good. I know, I know. Call me a ‘statist.’ But, what kind of sicko buys a used motel mattress? That’s a level of weirdo-kink that can’t be allowed to fester.

The biggest tell-tale that shows this is NOT loose cockring, is the fact that there is no incessant:

lol or
lolololololol or
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL ad nauseum

because everything 'that' said, was always SO funny..... not.

The FDIC where I worked got 8 of these in 1989" Just ignore the RR prefix SN, which means its a freedom group build after 2007.
This can only mean one thing. The Feds have in fact figured out the secret to time travel. Not only that, but in typical fashion the best thing they can think to do with it is waste money. They have in fact been traveling into the future to buy things where/when they're even more expensive!
That, or they've taken the whole "sterilized weapon" thing to the next level. What better plausible deniability than using a rifle that hasn't been made yet! Sneaky bastards!

This thread is not complete unless we have pictures… in case the seller buggers off before we can memorialize his hilarity!!!

So just so we have this as part of the historical record…
