So faulty screws in the chassis? Then how did all your other scope shoot fine like you claimed???Faulty screws, chassis needs to be sent back later in this week.
What he said.... this isn't making any sense to me....???So faulty screws in the chassis? Then how did all your other scope shoot fine like you claimed???![]()
Thermal shift, obviously. What he said.... this isn't making any sense to me....???
Nothing makes sense. From the little bits and pieces the op is posting one can only assume that he dorked up something else on his rifle and blamed it on a faulty optic. What he said.... this isn't making any sense to me....???

For your information regarding the ZCO dear, there was a malfunction in the scope which was fixed.

Yep....and apparently for good reason....it doesn't make any sense and the smell of bullshit is thick in this one. What he said.... this isn't making any sense to me....???
Yeah, I too am not holding my breath for any actual truth from this putz much less an acknowledgement of his error.Nothing makes sense. From the little bits and pieces the op is posting one can only assume that he dorked up something else on his rifle and blamed it on a faulty optic.
An open apology on this “mistake” doesn’t seem to fit his shoes either…..
threads like these are why ive purchased 3 "broken" scopes off people rifles and put them into play in the next match without issue lol
scope issues do happen, but there are a bunch of things that better be squared away first
one guy complained about his "broken" very popular/reliable scope for a couple months...every other scope he had worked on this rifle (allegedly, i never believed he actually tested them), but this one brand was trash...."cant hold up to magnum recoil" blah blah...took him like 3 months to figure out the scope base was loose on the action after he'd already swore he checked everything over lol
Makes me think of McEnro every time. You can’t be serious, you rather have “plenty of experienced shooter’s“ diagnose your optic over the internet than working with ZCO directly?
lol nope, its been a few years...2 of the 3 were gen 2 razors thoHappen to buy a couple of gen 3 Vortex's recently?![]()
What did he ask?Wouldn’t it make sense to work on this issue with the manufacturer before asking here?
Yeah this is playing out like I thought it would. This is also why many on here react the way they do when someone comes on and says something is messed up with a scope before there done their due diligence to actually know where a problem lies. As a business owner, it's an extremely serious and personal thing for there to be a public issue made about anything. Social media has made it to where any little mistake a business makes gets them shut down, so it's just best to make sure you know what you're talking about BEFORE , stating that some product is defective or some business screwed up.Nothing makes sense. From the little bits and pieces the op is posting one can only assume that he dorked up something else on his rifle and blamed it on a faulty optic.

It’s quite obvious that to many guys without any mechanical ability or experience in using hand tools ( and understanding of them) play gunsmith and blame manufacturers or vendors for their shortcomings.
Your self confidence is amusing, I guess that your tiny brain can’t fathom hardware malfunction.Yep....and apparently for good reason....it doesn't make any sense and the smell of bullshit is thick in this one.
Yeah, I too am not holding my breath for any actual truth from this putz much less an acknowledgement of his error.
@gebhardt02 - tell us...did you find any fault whatsoever in this guy's scope?
Once again you refuse to address the simple facts.Your self confidence is amusing, I guess that your tiny brain can’t fathom hardware malfunction.
Apologies, faulty screws were answer to a different thread.Once again you refuse to address the simple facts.
First, you come on an open forum to say your new ZCO scope is broken, won’t hold zero…before even contacting ZCO. Yeah, that’s whining.
Then you say ZCO fixed your scope. Directly implying that ZCO shipped you a defective product and had to take action to fix it.
THEN, when pressed as to the nature of the fault in your ZOC scope, you say it was faulty screws and the chassis needs to be sent back???
And you’re talking about MY tiny brain? LOL
GTFO.
I don't have any part in the service/repair side and rarely hear back on any particular issue as to what was found, fixed, or adjusted.Yep....and apparently for good reason....it doesn't make any sense and the smell of bullshit is thick in this one.

Thank you. Now that makes sense.Apologies, faulty screws were answer to a different thread.
ZCO returned the scope, the windage turret was loose. ZCO fixed it in 2 days, was quick and great service.
The scope was remounted, ever since sub MOA
If you don’t like the way someone write dont respond.
Faulty screws is the excuse of idiots who can't tighten a fucking screw right.Faulty screws,
The scope came with loose windage , hard to accept it’s not always the user fault I know , ZCO fixed it, .additionally return description of the fix.So you report the zero was wandering 2-3 clicks vertical and 1-2 horizontal. They fixed the windage turret according to you. So what caused the 2-3 clicks worth of error in elevation? Something doesn't add up.
You didn't answer the question but it's not surprising at this point. The scope came with loose windage , hard to accept it’s not always the user fault I know , ZCO fixed it, .additionally return description of the fix.
All in all as I’ve mentioned before, they fix it very quickly, 2 days CA -> Idaho -> CA
Seriously? Not trying to be mean here, but are you capable of consistency to show that kind of error? That’s well within margin of error for bad fundamentals. Big 30 cal magnums can push me around enough to throw a shot .1-.2 off, for instance.
You got something poignant to add?Seriously?
Yes. And don't call me surly.Seriously?
Shaken, not stirred maybe the gorilla glue holding your few neuron will understand. You didn't answer the question but it's not surprising at this point.
There were pliers involved. Tread carefully - he’s a little sensitive and gets angry when things don’t go his way…So you can’t tighten screws properly
