My dad died earlier tonight. Back in '67-'68 (iirc) he was at Camp Casey, South Korea, with the 7th ID.

I'm looking for people who might've known him or remember him, either in Korea or Fort McClellan (he was there afterward), or at the US Army Corps of Engineers 'cause he worked there for a few decades after leaving the Army.

I don't want to name names publicly right yet, so if you might be able to help, PM me and I'll give you his name. If there's another way of finding folks, leave a suggestion in the comments, please.

Surgeon Rifles 308 CSR with NF ATACR 4-20 TREMOR3 (new) in a badger mount. With 3 10rd mags. Unfortunately selling this to finish out some other projects/put more money towards a house. Literally an amazing rifle. Action so smooth you’ll need new jeans after feeling it. I’ve shot it out to 700 with zero issues hitting anything at all. Sub moa rifle all day long with maybe 100 rounds through it. Will come with everything you see plus 3 mags. If someone wants just the rifle I will sell it alone and the scope separate but I will not part the scope until the rifle sells. Ideally I’d like to sell or trade the whole unit as a package. Asking $7500 shipped for the package, or $4650 for the rifle and mags, and $2900 for the scope and mount. I will entertain high end trades and cash. KAC, HK, maybe a TP9, or rare WW2 stuff.

Buff to bright stainless finish

Install upswept grip safety with commander style hammer

Checker mainspring housing and front of grip frame

Install double diamond rosewood grips with medallion ( still have original delta grips)

Adjust tolerances to minimum specs

Don‘t have a Colt letter, but do have the receipts from the Colt Custom Shop

It has been shot, but is in excellent condition

Disney's circling the drain!

The latest marketing campaign from Calvin Klein features a pregnant transgender man as an underwear model, with the fashion brand saying it wanted to spotlight the “realities of new families” in honor of — ironically — Mother’s Day.

The campaign includes shirtless photos of Roberto Bete, a female-to-male transgender reality TV star from Brazil who was pregnant at the time of the shoot. The photos show Bete posing with exposed stomach and top-surgery scars alongside spouse Erika Fernandes, a tattoo artist.

Guy was shot in head and still fired off rounds. Curious now as to where in head he was hit and with what weapon. Granted, Vicky White didn't die immediately after offing herself and saving taxpayers money.

I had just listed two of these. After a closer inspection of the scopes. I noticed one didn't have as nice of an elevation turret as this one does. I also noticed that the indicator mark on the elevation turret was ever so slightly off on each 1/10 mil mark on the rotating turret.

SO......................I am sending that one back to Vortex. Just made a service request via their email system.


This second one is for sale (It seems perfect to me). Turrets line up perfectly, everything seems smooth enough. Brand new in box. Never mounted. Clicks feel nice on the elevation turret.
