2021 pulling out a few ......

Good F-n riddance.....

WAY not cool....Loved this guy when he called the game.

Recommend me a torque driver

Got a wheeler fat wrench. Good thing I first tried it on the scope mount (to the pic rail) and not the scope itself, because it's definitely messed up. Anything above the very lowest setting takes considerable force to turn. Full disclaimer, I bought it on Amazon. Maybe it's fake? But why fake a $30 product?

Anything good out there, preferably made in America (or at least not in China)? Not trying to spend an arm and a leg but I also realize you get what you pay for.

SOLD ZCO 527 MPCT2 w/ Spuhr SP6002 Mount and AAD Flips Caps $3400 shipped

***SOLD to Chullin32****

Hi guys,

Have a excellent condition ZCO 5-27 w/ MPCT2 reticle for sale today.

I sold the rifle that this was mounted on, so it's just been an expensive paperweight in my safe.

Glass is perfect, tracking is perfect, everything works exactly as it should. Scope does have some super minor marks here and there on the body from rubbing against other guns in the safe. I tried to get the worst of it in the picture of the battery cap.

Package comes with:

ZCO 527 w/ box, manual, accessories. The only thing missing is the sticker - I lost it somewhere (Oh the humanity)
Spuhr SP-6002 Mount - 0 MOA/0MIL cant, 1.5 height
AAD Mount Flip Caps - Front and Rear

Price is $3400 shipped via insured UPS Ground w/ signature required.

I accept Paypal (F&F or if using G&S, add the 3% please).

Not looking for trades at this time.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks

Report: 150+ Killed by Suspects out on Bond in Harris County, TX

"A report by Houston’s FOX26 claims over 150 people have been killed by suspects whom Democrat judges have released on bond in Harris County, Texas.

Moreover, FOX26 points out that a number of the suspects doing the killing were charged with “capital murder,” described as “the most egregious offense in the criminal code.”

They note “no fewer than 113 defendants charged with capital murder have been inexplicably granted bond and released back onto our streets pending trial.”

My Experience W/ Patriot Valley Arms

We ordered a PV40 tripod from Patriot Valley Arms and did not receive the ball head.

My wife called on the Monday before Christmas and spoke to the owner to make sure it would arrive in time for Christmas. He said that they were confident that it would arrive before Christmas and that there was no need to expedite the package.

Opened up the package on Christmas to find that the ball head wasn't in the box. I waited until their next business day to reach out to them. Their Facebook page stated they were OPEN FOR BUSINESS and I tried to contact them during their hours of operation posted on their website. Nobody ever picked up. Saw a post on PVA on Snipers Hide and posted that I was trying to get in touch. Received horrible backlash from members senselessly & blindly defending PVA. At the end of the day, its a business, whether its run by 1 person or a team, communication is key. PVA failed here.

Before purchasing we read a bunch of reviews all stating that the package included the ball head & their own website shows it in their description.

See sources:

I've since spoken to the owner, and he's offended by the things I've posted online while trying to get in touch with him.
I now see a lot of complaints about his behavior and his companies issues.
The owner seems to feel emboldened to show his attitude because of the way the community has responded.
It's unfortunate because I've never had any intention of bad mouthing PVA.
I was excited to receive the product but was disappointed in their lack of transparency and communication.

Now he wants to charge me a restock fee and claims that because it USED TO COME WITH A BALLHEAD, BUT NO LONGER DOES, that its not his fault.
They need to update their website and take responsibility, instead of trying to justify doing bad business.

Faucci tells Tax Slaves “Get back to work!” Watch what happens next⁉️

Watching the news and it’s finally happening. The gov’ment won’t print more money and with people staying home so the beast isn’t getting fed.

With some extra time on my hands I’ve been watching the news for the first time in my life. New responsibility actually frees up some time in my day.

Most recently I learned that there was a rule that allowed employers to not have to collect taxes….but would have to be made up later. I’m unsure how that co-insides with the “great walk out”

ANNNYYYYWAY…… this week I was told we can recommend 5 day quarantine and not 10 days…..but wear a mask or something.

Today I heard it on the news along with a flight attendant Union challenging it.

Idk what’s going on. Seems some never wanted to deviate from normal. Others abused it and still do. Well with the Omeegod Varient and people basiclly getting the flu and not knowing their left hand from their right everyone is OVERWHELMING the testing centers and following the rules and staying home.

Turns out the solution to all this was creating a tax slave shortage.

So what happens next? Besides the obvious continued import of cheap labor south of the boarder. Those tax slaves work of a fake SSN, pay tax on goods and services and NEVER collect social security.

Night Vision MAWL pricing increases! Seriously, can we get some more options?

Many have probably heard, but the MAWLs and other BE Meyers products are increasing in price effective the 1st of 2022. The MAWLs are great. I got in early and paid
2400 bucks for a very early EC2 when Weapons Outfitters had a sale. That was worth it!

But 3k+?? Geeeez. That is really expensive and getting much harder to justify.

Are there any prospects for new lasers that we maybe haven’t heard much of?

The RaidXE civilian will be okay, but there’s almost no chance of it being as good as the MAWL as it has focusable illumination.

The CTF-1 is cool, and extremely affordable, but uses LED illum and has a few limiting design characteristics.

These are the new options that I have seen but I do not know if there are more. I can’t keep paying 3k/gun for a Mawl, that’s just honestly not feasable.

Not to mention the fact that the MAWL is heavy-ish and has awkward ergonomics for some uses (Sig Rattler for one)

Seekins SP10 ... or ... JP LRI-20

I intend to place an order for a complete AR10 style rifle in the near future. I have had some nice bolt rifles (AIAT and a custom Impact), and I have now fully subscribed to the "buy once cry once" philosophy. That being said, I am not a rich man and I prefer not to waste any hard-earned money.

I don't want to build my own rifle, since I have never owned any form of an AR. It will be chambered in .308 win, since I already have tons of reloading components.

I am now down to one of the following:

(1) Seekins Precision SP10
(2) JP Enterprises LRI-20

It seems like JP has very consistent positive feedback, both for accuracy and reliability, as well as for overall build quality. However, the JP is more than $1,000 more expensive.

The Seekins also has very favorable reviews, but the reviews don't seem to be quite as strong/consistent as those for the JP.

For now, the rifle would primarily be a range gun for target shooting from 100 to 600 yds (occasionally out to 1000). Possibly a hunting rifle as well, but that would be rare. I do not compete (yet), but I have become a little obsessed with accuracy/repeatability.

So ... does anyone have any experience with both of these rifles?

Any recommendations or suggestions from those who are more experienced?

Thanks in advance.

Manner TCS Grip: how does it compare to others?

Looking to scratch the Manners TCS itch.

For those with time behind one, any first-hand perspective on the grip, compared to the only other stock/chassis I have access to: KRG Bravo, MDT ACC, and MPA Matrix.

Specifically, the grip width / palm swell, total grip height / length (i.e. how much room is there to move the hand up and down while moving around), and trigger distance to other similar stocks?

I have seen a lot of other posts on the trigger distance feeling "long" for some, which is less of my concern than palm swell and purchase.

I am not lucky enough to have bougie friends with deep pockets to afford a Manners TCS that I can try myself, so I'll just never be able to get hands-on time behind one like I would want to. No need to suggest that because it just isn't possible unless I myself "buy to try".

What I will say bugged my on the Bravo (and why I eventually went ACC/Matrix) is the lack of adjustability for the grip and thumb rests. For the Bravo it was "one size better fit all" and it didn't fit me because there seemed to only be about 1/2 inch between the bottom of my trigger hand and the bottom of the grip. When I would move around with the rifle I just didn't feel as secure when I moved it around relative to how much longer (taller?) the grip is on the others.

Having said that, will the Manners TCS be just like the Bravo?
