I also believe it would be exponentially cheaper than trying to pay government employees to find them and round them up. I'd give them 90 days to exit the country. If they are caught here after 90 days, they are charged with entering the country illegally, which should carry a minimum of 5 years. Lock them up, then deport them upon release.

From my experience the eldms are always a good bullet for me in several calibers. However the bergers in the few loads I’ve used them are absolutely the finest bullet there is. I’ve only used the hybrids and they love jump and in a few calibers have required zero load development to be accurate. This is typical of the hybrids though not necessarily there other bullets. Several eldm loads have been awesome and the 130 in particular was excellent for an entire barrel for me. I also use the 77tmk in a couple calibers and it’s also a lazer beam. So to summarize my words if money is of no concern and you want the best it’s probably the Berger. If you want to spend a little less and you’re not winning matches anyway then the eldm does great every time I’ve used it and will probably do all you need easily.

Historically, that had been the MOST pragmatic, effective, and instant-results achieving tactic for any region to immediately get rid of any known quantities of troublemakers or freeloaders. In Middle Ages Europe, it was done as excommunication or interdiction. In China and Korea, it was called "hei dian", or "black dot". Some video game honor systems use the similar red tag or crosshairs system. If you are a player who got a bounty on you because you violated the sportsman's code, you will not make it far on that map until that red crosshair is gone. Imagine one suddenly being declared that they have a 'black dot' over their name, and they are now free game for anyone. No authorities will help them and anyone can rob, steal from them, etc., without legal consequences. The incentives to get the fuck out suddenly increases to 100%.

I agree with the teach kids safety part. Also bored kid with time can get into lots of "safes" very easily with practically no tools. All of the keypad or finger print types have easily defeated backups. Check out a few videos from this Lock Picking Lawyer playlist. Some of these are absolutely terrible.

I'm going to be the odd ball out here i believe but I'd take a fine hand file to it and just knock down any proud protrusion. That's a non critical part of the barrel and the bolt face should be inside that outer part and not touching it.

If it was mine I'd contact the seller and see if I can get some cash if you are really upset about it (I wouldn't blame you if it was undisclosed) but in the end I'd do it myself like I said above. Just go slow and only knock off the proud parts and smooth it out.
