Yeah, this is not accurate to what I have seen. It appears to me that the shooter panicked and then asked his roommate to pick up the rifle from where he left it in the woods AFTER the shooting. Either the roommate told police before they found it, OR the roommate should be on the hot seat for possible involvement in the planning or escape.

And what does it matter then? That’s up to the seller. It’s not our place to police pricing. It’s a free market and the price that something sells for is immaterial as long as the buyer is fine with it.
