Hey, vaccinated

Amazing how that suit got dismissed too...
But to what end? He is so far to the end of his life very little of that windfall will matter. I fail to understand the scoreboard logic that makes the alegebra work out for people like Fauci in their advanced years. It’s foolishness.

A n95 will not filter out those chemicals either. Large droplets sure, but you will absolutely smell it.

I learned about masks when I wore a mold mask that was 10 micron, sprayed zinzer binz in a house where it had a fire. I could smell it, all too well, minutes later I spun around and passed out. This was not your typical face mask, it was a 300 dollar replaceable filter and I had no facial hair. Nothing we were told to do regarding face masks was accurate or helped anything other than weak minded people feel better about going into public.

Re Zinsser:

Just out of curiosity, I'm wondering if you had any exhaust fans or if the windows to this house were open to provide a source of fresh air.

Based solely on what you wrote, it doesn't sound like it.
It appears that the oxygen source was displaced by spraying and once the O2 level dropped to 9% you were in an IDLH atmosphere.
The dizziness you experienced was because the O2 level dropped below something on the order of 16%.

My recommendation is to always ensure there's a source of fresh, uncontaminated air. The easiest way to accomplish this is cross flow. Open a window in the room you are spraying and set up an exhaust fan. Keep the doors to the house open and turn off the AC system.

Most people will try to blow air into a room but it's about 70% less effective than exhausting contaminated air.

Lastly, if you haven't recieved specific training on proper use and selection of respiratory protection, I highly recommend you get it.
If you are working for an employer, it's their responsibility to provide it at zero cost to you, including the respirator(s).

ETA:
There's also a time and place for supplied air, positive displacement respirators.
Since Zinsser has some chemicals, it's entirely possible that you should have had an air-supplied respirator on.

100% you can try and blow air in all you want but to move volume you have to pull it out

we deal with balancing "air", conditioned, hepa, positive, negative air locks, cross contamination more than most

you can dump 5 ton of conditioned air in a location but if you arent balanced and puling out the correct amount all youll do is sweat your ass off and freeze the unit up

Shitty ass 70's trailer had the windows covered over, two doors were open. No fans. My shitty employer didn't even want to give me a respirator, said it and training were on me, which I knew to be bs. I have not worked for them for a very long time and surprised they are still in business. It was a small job, I could smell the the shellac through the mask, so I knew it wasn't cutting it. I don't even do that line of work anymore, that company soured me due to their unsafe conditions and hazardous material handling. All for bottom dollar!

There's a shit ton of places I will NEVER go again, and an even bigger group of people and things I'll NEVER forgive for what they did with their horseshit vax / experiment mandates. Even the places who removed the requirements can go fuck off. They never should've had them in the first place.

I lost a 6 figure job with no notice in direct violation of a federal judge's order, and also was unable to get a new one in the field I had 10 years expertise in due to the Vax mandates.

A good friend dropped dead suddenly when he was in excellent health. Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

I will never forget what these people did. And I will only be satisfied when there are trials, and a shortage of rope due to the amount of executions.

I was referring to the suit against the governors/health officials over the NY, PA, NJ COVID nursing home deaths. But Fauci was ultimately had a role in everything.

If you were a contractor, the training, certification and supplies are on you unless it's otherwise specified in the contract.

As an employee, it's all on the company. If they have over a certain number of employees, they are required to have a written active, in-house safety program.

I spent my entire Air Force career as the SME for confined space entry, respiratory protection and safety. After retirement, I did it in the civilian world until 2010.

Remember, safety 3rd.🤣

So what's your professional opinion on wearing a bandana to stop the most deadly virus the world has ever seen?

Vaccinated with phizer, no booster. Had covid twice and it was a minor cold. 1st cousin, unvaccinated, got it and was airlifted out and put in medically induced coma. 6 months later still can't make a complete sentence, cant drive, and has trouble walking......no regrets

Your anomalous circumstance is noted, and I am glad you are OK.

On a completely unrelated note, have you had a cardiac MRI recently?

Nope. Been on cholesterol meds since I was 22 (19 years now) due to both parents having crazy high cholesterol (moms was 467 at peak). Dad had a heart attack before the age of 50, prostate cancer 3 times and passed last year at 89 years old. Mom had a serious stroke 2 years ago and younger sister died of her second stroke 4 months ago that made her brain dead. All unvaccinated...

Are you planning on getting all the latest boosters? Why or why not?

.05% effective , and masks are even less effective at stopping the spread yea .

The claim: "N95 masks block few, if any" COVID-19 particles due to their size

As many states and communities ease restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the debate over mask usage has intensified.

Businesses, churches and governments have implemented all manner of policies — some requiring masks, some leaving it up to each person, some even banning masks. And that has spurred many armchair epidemiologists to weigh in, including a Facebook page with nearly 1 million followers.

A June 4 post from Why don’t you try this? went a step beyond the homemade mask debate to claim that even the N95 masks used by health care workers are pointless in the face of COVID-19.

“COVID 19 virus particle size is 125 nanometers (0.125 microns); the range is 0.06 microns to .14 microns,” the post said. “The N95 mask filters down to 0.3 microns. So, N95 masks block few, if any, virions (virus particles).”

In other words, the post asserts the virus is smaller than the filter on the N95 mask, so the N95 mask doesn’t work. and that was only one medical review there are 100 more online another of them gave specific numbers to how poorly the normal persons mask (non medicaln-95) did and it's even worse. but if you feel better wearing one and it makes you feel safe then do so by all means . so the .05% might be a stretch but so is masks save lives from infections .

The problem with that statement is the viruses exist in water droplets and are not free from fluid suspension. Can a mask stop some fluid particles? Yes, and the proof is the mask becomes saturated when worn for periods at a time. Now you get the pleasure of having your face sit in a pool of bacteria infested fluid....healthy right?

No fluid does cause viral particles to get stuck in the mask. That was one of the stupidest things they came up with. Filtering water is not that much different from filtering air. Anything too small for the filter to catch passes through.

The millions of vaccine injured would tell you that you were lucky and your anecdotal no regret of taking a dangerous and proven useless vaccine is unwarranted. I of course don't know the care regimen used, but if typical I expect your cousin was injured more by the med/pharma establishment "treatment" of covid than the virus. If you are just blind from submitting and won't admit the vaccine has serious issues then so be it. If not you need to read real objective evaluation of the problems and negitive efficacy of the vaccines. Oddly enough more and more are available the futher we get away from the stupidity. My best to your cousin who was failed by a crooked and subjective medical system.

If you have no real regrets you fail your own logic by not being 3x boosted.

I'll keep this simple for you. If the mask is saturated with fluid....it contains viral particles. Your argument is almost as dumb as using the "word" (not a word) stupidest.

Stick to arguing with Haney, he is closer to your intellectual plane.

You're probably right, you are way dumber than Haney if you actually believe that. If your mask is stopping liquid, why is wet on both sides?

Filtration is typically an imperfect process. Some fluid remains on the feed side of the filter or embedded in the filter media and some small solid particulates find their way through the filter. As a chemistry and engineering technique, there is always some lost product, whether it's the liquid or solid being collected.

And that would be some small particles that are bigger than the rated micron size of the filter that make it through. A very small part of the particles smaller than the filter are going to get stuck. I.E. "virus in your mask" but for the most part anything smaller than the filter is going through. This is not even including everything that goes around your stupid fucking mask.

Thank you Biden for trying to force it into everyone. Special thanks to Phizer, bionotech, and J&J for faking their testing and efficacy data.
and a special shout out to our legislatures and all the other swamp creatures for sitting by and making a mint while it all happened. And last but not least a giant thank you to the CDC, WHO, the news media, and social media for helping cover up vaccine deaths, injuries, and ineffectiveness.

If they were testing in 2017, is it still Trumps fast tracked vaccine?

Thank you Donald Trump for pushing a vaccine through in record time!!!!!

"WASHINGTON (AP) — With COVID-19 surging and vaccinations off to a slow start, President-elect Joe Biden will rapidly release most available vaccine doses to protect more people, his office said Friday, a reversal of Trump administration policies."

LOL

And I'm unvaccinated, had it, and am fine. Matter of fact, I've had colds worse.

What's your point? That your anecdotal evidence overrides vaccine damages being reported?

Why no booster? After all, the same people who sold you on the vaccine would have informed you by now for the terrible efficacy and need for a booster. That reeks of the knowledge you were duped (or maybe you don't believe the "science" now even from the pharm reps pitching a sale to you). Either way, without being boosted, you kinda make a shit point about your lack of regurts.

Example. The dumbest thing I have read in this thread, is that stupidest is not a word.

Did I state anything regarding mask efficacy? You just agreed with me that viral particles will be present. You are not in my league bud.

Damn that didn't take long. Although I guess I already posted the accepted definition of the word. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Is stupidest a word?

The word stupidest has been in use for hundreds of years; there is nothing wrong with it. Most stupid means the same thing, and people who don't like stupidest should feel free to use it instead.

You seem to be implying liquid traps viral particles and that was a "problem with the study."

And no a mask can't stop fluid particles, thats why its wet on both sides.

Completely anecdotal.
I had OG covid in January 2020 upon my return from 2 weeks in Asia, and it was a minor cold that didn't even keep me from work.
No refunds.

Oh so I implied but didn't state. Also, I was referencing the issue with stating a particle size and a filter size as if 100% complete passage will occur.

Yes it can, if the mask is wet then not all of the fluid entered the surrounding air space thus it stopped at the mouth mask interface.

Simple concepts.

Funny story…vaccines were mandatory for my line of work, but the booster is optional, lol.
Isn't that fucking hilarious?

So...work boss... your telling me I need to get vaccinated, but your also saying even though the efficacy drops to almost nothing within months that I don't need the recommended booster?

If people aren't smart enough to see through that shit we really...really need to stop trying to interrupt natural selection.

Meh, not vaxed, had it. Whooped me pretty good, probably one of the early variants. Never had to seek medical treatment. Recovered with no issues since. I am and have been around more covid people than most of the hide combined, wear just the basic medical mask (have to) barely fit for my face and still nothing. A younger co-worker with no health issues and in good shape is at least tripled vaxed, had it post shots and now has long covid. Just can't seem to recover.

Just recently had a pt in his 50s experiencing cardiac issues since getting a booster a few weeks prior. I'll pass, no regrets.

Ironically pfizer and Moderna both have said that the shots only last up to about 10 weeks. Funny, my memory B and T cells can and do last up the the rest of my life.

There is no issue stating particle size. If the particle is smaller than the filter is passes through. The viral partial is suspended in the water, not trapped by it. This "particle" you speak of is not one particle but many stuck together. The best way to separate them is filtration.

I've said for a long time that mandating the vax is ridiculous. If it doesn't stop the spread but masks the symptoms, vaccinated folk will be the ones predominantly spreading the infection.

And yes, I had the Phizer. I got it early on when they were still hiding the fact it didn't prevent transmission. Requirement for work, son with significant health issues and at that point living with my father-in-law (even more health issues) became his wife just passed. ABSOLUTE REGRETS! I don't put on a mask unless I'm called out. Then it's just to shut Karen up and off it goes when I'm around the corner. Wish I could make financially what make now somewhere outside healthcare. It's fucking retarded.
