That seems to be the safe money bet - since he was bitten by a dog and at least one expert witness said his injuries were more in line with a beating than being hit by a car .

NEVER talk to the media! Anyways, so far I'm loving Alan Jackson (the lead defense attorney). He's been brutal on cross-exam. Also, he gave a great opening statement.
