I grew up in Colorado, and true, it realy doesn’t take all that long to get out there, but once out there, it sure feels like BFE. Now that the front Range is up to 6 million.
Just to give a perspective to those who have never been to NE Colorado, here are a couple pictures I took when I was working out there during the month of November. I spent most of my time working in Phillips County, which I believe is where the first sightings were reported.

No Camel's Haha. Working out in the field I didn't see a single Pheasant, but saw lots of Pheasant Hunters during the weekend.

They are out again tonight, just S of my house. They are noisy.
Can you range them with a laser range finder when overhead? Are the lights multicolored like an aircraft?
I got in front of them, they all bunched up and hovered for about 2 minutes, then they went straight up outta sight and sound. I could clearly see red and green lights from 2 miles away.
I think a few laser pointers would be a hoot if they were close enough...... if they have any video feed that would make them spook out I think.

C) If it's Federal....no one else will know what happened to you.
D) If it's civilian then they would be admitting to operating outside the guidelines of the FAA.
