Well dang @Longshot231, ya got me all motivated and stuff! Just got the blessing to build my Critter Gitter XL. Mount a clip-on on it and the raccoons and opossums HATE me...

How well are these dedicated uppers shooting?

I really like my RRA uppers. The one disadvantage is that the bolt will not stay open after removing the magazine but I can live with that.

I would not recommend a suppressor for use on the RRA stainless 20" barrel. It's great on the shorter 16" barrel of the tactical carbine model

Here's a thread that I started on the 20" inch stainless barrel and suppressor issues.

If you are not going to suppress it, then the 20" barrel is great.

Y’all got me on the AR22 bandwagon…haven’t shot it yet but just finished getting all the parts for it

Borebuddy 16” Match upper
PSA (belm) lower *daily deal😎*
Magpul PRS gen3 stock
Some spare Caldwell bipod
Vortex venom
9mm suppressor for the right look 🤌🏼

Added the Magpul 1/2” comb riser. The Kidd barrel shoots really well, it’s handled a variety of Aguila all sub MOA. I’ve got a Kidd 2 stage trigger in the cart…we’ll see when I pull the trigger on that purchase. Almost $400 for a trigger is feeling hard to justify right now. Once I do put a trigger in it, I think I’m going to get a bolt 22lr, been really having fun shooting rimfire lately.

My collection of bolt action repeaters in 22lr.
Are you sure you are really thinking of getting into rimfire, Buy one or two or twenty more, you might like it.

Now in seriousness….I’ve owned my Vudoo for only a month, And, it is darned fun to go out in the woods near our home, set up a few targets and blast away. EVEN BRENDA was looking at upgrading to a better .22 over her Ruger American. Though, her Remington 541S only needs a nice FFP scope and it would be right there. Something about a 50+ year old wedding gift, that she keeps hanging on to and it keeps shooting like a dream.

Desert Precision Gunworks custom Grey Birch 10/22, Bushnell Match Pro scope, the Manticore trigger was swapped out for a Kidd trigger, barrel is custom made by Kenny Ey the owner of DPG. It took 6 months to get it after ordering. Target pic is 50 yards.

Enter... The Poors!
for real though, everything on this gun was loose from the factory except the actual barrel. maching marks on the bolt are insane and look like a 7 yr old with no experience did it on their second try.
that said, shoots real nice 👌and I love her already. going to try and polish her up as best I can and beat the shit out of her during comps when she fails to extract.
eta that lot of ammo is typically more like 1moa at 50 yards for 10 shots and that group was only 6 shots, that one was just lucky but I'm still pleased.
