So, why aren’t you selling these things?

Let me preface this with, I’m not selling anything.

I took a buddy to the range today to showcase some suppressors. He is “in the market” so to speak and I toured him through my meager collection.

Anyway, back when I was shooting 22lr comps, messing with 22lr cartridges was always the worst part. The boxes suck. The trays suck. Etc. I printed a couple of holders to make fiddling with 22lr ammo a bit easier.

Designed to hold 100 rnds of Lapua CenterX or CCI SV in their internal racks, studs push alternating rows up. The lower rows are also elevated above the rack for easier removal of their cartridges. The ends of the CVI holder are scalloped so that you can grab the tray.

I pulled out my little holders and the first words out of his mouth were “So, why aren’t you selling these?”

Is there a market for this? I’ve always considered them to be a solution to a “me problem.”

Used to be a couple of members here that were selling boxes to help organize 22lr. They were doing pretty well iffin I remember correctly

I have a friend that is looking for something just like this.

I had some of these printed, the sliding lid allows you to dump the required amount into your hand. They work really good.

I like the ones that raise every other row, I made something similar back in the dark days when I was shooting 3P in college. These days I carry my ammo in one of these, a bit pricey, but they are bulletproof. I do wish I could raise them up a bit for easy access.

There is a market for them, but there are also several files online for free for people who have printers at home.

I bought a few different inserts and cases before I got my own printer.
