Longer video here, King Red Road Male, a very successful solo King of the Nharu pride in the Manyeleti (adjacent to Kruger) that I have followed for over five years. Nevers shies away from defending against intruders, even if they outnumber him, usually catching one in a jaw lock but releases them before death. Recently kicked in the jaw securing prey but overcoming, shown here with something you don't see often, mating with one of his sleeping lioness (semicomatose from large meat meal). I guess elephant meat can be like rufies to lions.
