This stuff is very common, it's trendy to put "cute" little random things like that in random places. It just shows how small their bubble is and how short sighted they are. "Hmm... maybe this short lived "fashion" trend will look stupid in 2 years, not to mention 30." Nope.

If so- reckon you'd have bigger concerns on your plate- ya know, things like roping in your marxist/authoritarian government in just a bit rather than worrying about 'lil old me.
