    AI AW mag Conversion

    There’s the GAP Tempest,Badger,Ultimatum,Curtis Vector,Terminus Zeus. It will be feeding issues if any. 2 lugs can work well with AW mags if set up correctly,my Defiance AW feeds as good as my tempest but I was also prepared to use aics mags if it didn’t work out!

    The Rem 700 can be modified for AW’s but you will not be able to go back to a bdl mag box. Personally I wouldn’t take the risk as reliability will be an issue,Best to start with an action purpose built to run the AW.

    Rounds binding in pmag

    Looks like you may have filed too much,the pressure is popping the rounds straight up out of the mag as soon as the bolt touches it. The last three rounds are likely just hanging in there as there isn’t as much upward pressure on the rounds.

    I’ve had the three you mention. They are all great but I’m back using manners prs1 and T4A-team. My decision came down to feel and sound,other than that they were all easy to shoot.

    Defiance has or is coming out with one,I know Borden does a medium action not sure if they have a dbm to suit though.

    That’s a shame! Beautifully made chassis, but from a business perspective and given the current economic climate and over the past few years the price was a little out of reach for ‘most’ .especially considering the amount of chassis out there at the moment.
