    I agree with "former naval person" and "Spencerhut" both are correct. I see no reason to full-length size your brass in this case (bolt gun); anneal brass (keeps brass supple), neck size (to fit bullet), and trim (for consistency) and shoot them up. Rich L

    Thanks for the input. I pickup 200 Sierra game-king 180gr bullets. Pick this bullet mostly due to availability, BC, and cost. Hate to pay $30+ for 50 bullets. The BC is over .500 and the cost is just over $30 per 100. Thanks Rich L

    Just recently put together a AI stocked Remington 700 S/A action 26" barreled .308 1/8, glass Leupold mark 4 4-16x50 (12lb). I broke the barrel in using a David Tubb's final finish system shot 50 bullets. I'm currently shooting Speer 165gr BTSP, 41.6gr H335. I'm shooting out to 500m at this time...

    30-06 you can shoot this gun (depending on the gun) without flinching. I have a Benelli R1 in 30-06 its a 500 m or less gun but %96 of hunters will not shoot over 300 m's.     I would think if you are shooting a 300 blackout at sub sonic speeds why would you expect to get groups under 1 MOA. I shoot one suppressed with cast lead bullets and get 1-3 MOA groups this is cheep fun. I think it works just like it should and with sub sonic speed this is as good as it will...
