    6.5 or 6mm creedmoor

    Both will run well out to 600 yards. Very accurate even when the barrel is that short. More people use the 6.5cm for the shorty builds, so I would probably go with that as you will have more access to information and others who have similar builds. Can’t go wrong with either one though.

    Best Action and why?

    A lot of the r700 clones are great to build off of. The defiance deviant is what I went with, it has great tolerances, lots of aftermarket options with nice chassis, triggers, barrels, and it is relatively budget friendly. Look at PR blogs and notice how many of the pros are using r700 clones.
