    I'm not familiar with Atlasworks but doing Surgeon and Badger I just precut the pillars .005" long and run the program. Biggest pain is setting them up. The holes never line up ;-)

    Gunsmithing Darex 90 help

    I'm not sure what model mine is but it looks like the 90 on their site. 3/16" plate Slots are .265" Radius looks like 2.5" centers of the slots are 7/8" at the farthest point. Guess you can base that off your hole spacing. Let me know if you need more info. ;-)

    I like your idea of the chuck handle. I may try to make one and incorporate a key to tighten it. Also you might want to check out jonaddis's ? fixture to hold actions in the "how do they do it" thread. Pretty slick! ;-)
