300 wm make over could use some advise please

Rem 700 built, tried, timmney trigger, badger Bdm for Aics mags. I'm looking into a chassis system. I know about some but maybe not enough. I was a full system, folding stock would be nice for hikes in pack. Not the thumb hold stocks tho. I want the more "tac" the better while being extremely light. And in fde of brown or od. I do like a full for end rail. Price wise under 1k. Hopefully. Opinions and options would really help me out!

This will be going on a SMR I got from the boy in mt. Just wanna change stocks. Thanks

The KRG Whiskey 3 would be my next chassis
The budget of under $1,000 is going to limit you, especially if you are looking for an all out "tac" chassis.
The XLR element, KRG X-ray are withing your budget but lack some of the features.
My suggestion would be save another couple hundred and get exactly what you want. If you settle you'll regret it

AX chassis for Remington 700 if the Whiskey system is not to your liking. Agree with strike33 re the $1000 budget though. The AX can be found for around $1300 last time I checked.
