Most white people would assume the dead white guy was doing something illegal to start with or they would say, let's wait until the facts are in. White people would hope that a combined state, local and federal investigation that has been demanded by the President of the United States would produce results rather quickly. Then white people would not burn down the Auto Zone or schedule a loot festival. As a matter of fact, they just arrested that cop today, so white people who waited to riot have seen justice work.
White people get shot by police more than twice the rate of black people. Death by all methods, police kill 52% honkies, 48% everybody else. Police kill veterans 1.4 times the rate they murder non-veterans. Why don't you know this already? Cops kill a white guy a day............................no one cares, no national news station reports it.
This cop was wrong, and he'll get his, no worries. When the last Minneapolis cop (who happened to be black) shot a white woman in the face for no reason, there were no riots. As a matter of fact, the mayor did all he/she could to marginalize the woman and minimize her death. There was a 100% chance it was a racially motivated killing and no one cared because the victim was white and white people didn't burn down the Target. She was lucky to ever get justice.
Today, 10-15 young black men are going to be murdered by other young black men and not one protester cares..................................NOT ONE. Al Sharpton does not give a fuck. Jessie Jackson could care less. CNN and MSN won't even cover a single one of their deaths. As long as they kill each other, those black lives don't matter in the least.
So far in 2020, cops shot 228 people. 31 were black, why do those 31 get more coverage than the other 198? Because it is race baiting and a way to whip of hatred for the police. A way to push the leftist agenda that all cops are racist and law enforcement is racist and that obeying laws is not important.

Protesting is ok. Burning, looting and otherwise acting like complete idiots is another. What is going on is not acceptable behavior and should not be considered as much, unless they want the boog. Not all cops are bad. This guy was a POS and Justice will be served somehow, I promise, but what’s currently going on is not helping matters.
What would happen if cops across the nation decided to go on strike and just not care? Are you going to let people put your life in harms way because they are supposedly protesting? I am with you at a high level however I think what is happening here, as in other places, is more nuanced than your post would indicate. Look at the videos and the make up of the group when the looting is active. There are white people there and participating. And probably instigating.
Living in Commiefornia and having a lot of Active/retired LOE's as friends its commonly known, among them, that there is a contingent that comes in and escalates things. I believe this is the driving force for much of that activity. There are those that protest and then the nature of the group tends to change and riots start. With all due respect I think your painting the picture with too broad a brush. I am not saying that some of the protesters dont start to riot but I think a portion of the protesters dont turn to looting.
I agree that, as a white person, my life experiences, along with my upbringing, lead me to treat LE with common respect and decency. Having said that, I am starting to move to a place where I see LE as the enemy.
Especially in large metropolitan areas. Over the last 10 years I have traveled 4 days a week every week across this nation. I can tell you from personal experience that you dare not get accidentally turned around in Denver. The cops will jump your ass when you are trying to find the airport. Even if you are in a rental car in the Cherry Creek area. On the other hand, if I cant figure out the dang frontage road situation in Denton Tx those cops half way give you an escort to your location. In Seattle I circled a downtown building 3 times trying to find the underground parking garage entrance. Got pulled over and told I would be ticketed for loitering if I was seen again. My explanation did not matter. And the LEO's in Faith SD, ok, the one LEO in Faith SD, was really great when I was lost. Then again, any need for me to share my many negative experience with the loser LEO's in Portland OR? Point being that, as a white person my first reaction to LEO's is going south when in metro areas. Not so much in rural areas. Not because I am against all cops. Just against the policy, procedures and management that urban areas seem to adapt. They have the ability to change their behavior for all of us.

They go through all of the legal processes, just like anyone else charged with a crime, innocent or not, make bail or stay in jail. and show up in Court to face the evidence against them and they tell the Judge and the Jury how it went down. Just like any other normal citizen would have to do when charged with any type of crime, be it Rape, Domestic violence, Murder, DUI, spitting in the street, or whatever else you can think of.
Then they get to face what a jury of their peers hands down, and what the Judge hands down as a sentence,-- go to prison, Probation, or the Needle, or walk free, just like any other citizen would have to do.
Just because they wear a Badge and carry a gun they are nothing special and still just citizens of our Country.
I think The Thin Blue Line has become thinner and most everyone is sick and tired of it, hence, we have people in the streets and I don't like nor condone that, But I Understand. In my time there was not a policy in writing, however you would be held accountable for your actions/inactions under more broad policies governing conduct, not to mention criminal charges if warranted. I have see these instances personally enacted, especially during my time assigned to custody (jails) in the late 90's.

Agreed. As for the perp walk and continued rioting....if they perp walked all involved within 90 minutes and had a the trial wrapped up by next week, the rioting and looting will continue and spread to other states until it's dealt with.
Looters and arsonists should be shot onsite - perhaps bean bags, rubber bullets first time, outside of MN, but many need to take several hits to learn .
In MN any other looting there should be live rounds to the ones appearing to lead and stack as many as necessary to get the crowd to disburse - then pickup the bodies, survivors and move on. If it's a relatively peaceful protest no issue.

Apples and oranges. Black on black or white or yellow or red or brown or blue crime isn’t the point. The police represent the power of the State, and the State does not have the right to kill citizens without due process.

Was this guys life worth so much more than those other guys lives? This is the easiest crime the cops will ever have to solve. They know who did it, they have audio and video from a hundred sources, they have a hundred witnesses( rare as hell in the ghetto), they know the names of those involved and those involved have stuck around willingly to answer for their crimes. To try and pretend this is getting swept under the rug or is being ignored is just silly.
The government/police use deadly rarely compared to regular ghetto criminals. The police and government are subject to far more scrutiny for their use of deadly force. Unlike criminals the police/government use body cameras to monitor themselves using deadly force, they record their radio and cell phone traffic as public records, they are hounded, filmed or recorded by passers-by and many people stop to witness the events police are involved in. That cop was probably worrying about getting bum rushed and have his skull crushed with a rock or brick if he turned around to finish the arrest and he was right to worry.
As a policeman, every incident of deadly force is investigated by outside agencies, reviewed by attorneys, the media, prosecutors and social justice warriors. So the standard for deadly force is far higher than two hoodies fighting over sneakers or a street corner for peddling dope or whores.
The point it that if two ghetto rats had shot this guy to death over a $20 dollar debt or stomped his neck until dead for that $20 bucks, no one would be protesting. Not one witness would have come forward, even if they filmed it. Not a single passer by would have been screaming at the ghetto rat to stop killing him. Someone in the video would have said, "bet that mu-fu*ker will give up that money next time." and been laughing as he was killed. And not one single "Black Lives Matter" criminal would be out there burning down the Target.
The reaction is way out of hand and it is the media to blame for whipping people into a froth over this crime, encouraging violence and demeaning police. If one of the local thugs had shot 15 kids in the park over tennis shoes, a far more dangerous and terrible act, not a soul would have stepped forward to help the cops bring him to justice..................................................but this cops needs convicted yesterday and hung tomorrow.

I mapped the closest point the drone gets to the riot and it's 8 miles away, it spends most of its time farther away. That doesn't seem right due to being at such an extreme angle. the view would be blocked by buildings and trees I would think.

Their uniform pants are black and they are wearing black patrol gloves.
Kneeler's left arm is the only one visible and has his left hand on his thigh, the gloves make it look like it's in a pocket.
