Yeah I understand not wanting an overlap. I couldn’t get a low charge of H4350 to work either and why I went to the N160 which works great.
I am in the process of beginning my experimenting with N160 right now in a .260 Rem.

Good to know on the 160.N160 and N555 have performed very well for me in 6mm Creed. N160 doesn't burn as hot, so it would theoretically slow throat erosion at the cost of velocity, but in some cases I've seen the velocity difference be negligible. For example, I've been shooting 95 VLD TGTs in a 16" AR10 now for a couple of years and 45.3gr of N160 gives me full case fill % and 2900fps. Switching to N555 with the same bullet nets me actually less velocity in this case. But N555 with 109 LRHT or 110 A-Tips in a bolt gun is <chef's kiss>
Thanks.N560 will work with that combo.

Finally finished the GF's 6cm and am looking at Forster dies. I've got 100 Peterson cases. Does it have a thicker neck wall? Do I need to get a neck sizer with the dies? I'm sure it's much better, but how does it stack up to Hornady once fired brass?
I found that I had to use the biggest mandrel that Area 419 makes for my loading. I used Peterson 6cm to duplicate the FGMM 107 SMK load, and it worked out very well. Seems that they might have a thicker neck...Finally finished the GF's 6cm and am looking at Forster dies. I've got 100 Peterson cases. Does it have a thicker neck wall? Peterson brass has thicker necks than Hornady. Mine was .0155 to .0160. My experience with a honed Forster 6CM die was exceptionally poor. Based on your brass selection and questions I'd highly recommend a neck bushing die. Finally finished the GF's 6cm and am looking at Forster dies. I've got 100 Peterson cases.
