Every year I get a group of guys together for a muzzle-loader doe hunt at my inlaws ranch. They have a small building set up for the hired men during calfing season so we rough it (not really because it even has satellite) for 3 days and have a good ole time shooting p-dogs, does and yotes. shot one yote on the hayfield behind the building on the last day just short of 600. other 2 yotes were called in on two different stands,, 150 and 225 respectively.
Was pretty cold last weekend and deer all bunched up so had not probs putting some down with the smoke poles. We were 3 short since we had nine tags but 6 was plenty.
