i posted up some of my favorite squirrel recipes on a past thread, along with other's favorites.
i usually whip 'em in some sort of concoction for the daytona 500 in february, this year i'm thinking stir fried teriyaki.

Nice job, paint looks good on the Mark II. I wonder if squirrel would be good as jerky...since I'm already making deer jerky, I could put some in the dehydrator with it.

Is it a pain to skin them? I've shot plenty of squirels but never eaten one, probably taste better then a lot of the wild game i've chosen to eat though.

Tree rats is something I haven't been able to acquire a taste for. Just something different about them, at least to me.

they taste like shit, I never cared for squirrel at all, way too gamey, might as well be eating a rat

squirrels are pretty good if there done right. my dad used to cook them all the time. he boiled them then put them in whatever it was he was making

Anything taste good wrapped in bacon. Throw a little fresh jalepeno slice in there, marinate in soy, and grill!
