So I have this problem that I always have to be trying some new cartridge. I think it is called rife A.D.D. what this has led me to is the 6mm dasher. It is a improved 6mm br that will push a 105 berger vld with only 33.5grs of powder and in a very compact little casing. I know it is based off a benrest casing but it seems like this would be a good tactical rifle cartridge at least for competition. it is flat shooting, little to no recoil, and should have very good barrel life.

So I am looking peoples opinions on the cartridge. I am going to build one unless somebody convinces me it is a terrible idea. I have heard that it is really easy to load for. The only issue I have is with mag feeding. it seems to cycle out of my aics mags in my 6.5 just fine but that is with one in their, don't know how it will work with 10 hopefully somebody has some they could try.

Yes I know I could use a 6x47 or 243 and that I have to fireform the cases like a ackley but that doesn't bother me.

    thanks for your input.

I say go for it, that way when the ADD kicks in you can sell it to me.

I think some work would have to be done to be able get those
short cases to feed in a fast and reliable, repeatable manner

love my 6br's but shoot a 243 in Tac comps
