We decided to try our luck in a brisk 30+ MPH wind, the day was slow, with many coyotes spotted, but not in a good enough position to call and get the footage I wanted, so they got a free pass until next time...
2.5 hours before sundown the wind slowed to steady 8MPH, and the fun began, making our hide on the side of steep draw over looking a hardwood creek bottom we started the sequence, within minutes we had a male on the skyline,
ENJOY!!!
coaxing him closer,
and closer,
maybe just a little more...
Like always, wanting the best footage and getting greedy, he came closer, and with that began his circle.
but by then, it was to late...
A little post game cheer...
a close up cotton ball of a 40lb dog,
another one tacked up on the ops board.
GET YOUR CAN ON.
