These RRA rifles are great for my application. I saw the "chart" on M4carbine.net and the fanboys ranting and raving about Daniel Defense, Colt, and BCM guns and how shitty RRA is. Are they wrong about the quality of those DD/BCM/Colt guns? No way. They're great firearms. But I'm also not what they consider an "operator" that needs something to fit within their confines of the "chart".
I got a great deal on my RRA rifles and for the type of shooter that I am, I couldn't be happier. </div></div>
That is exactly why we have choices here in the U.S.of A. All I mean to do is educate and pass on the knowledge and wisdom I have picked up. I will admit RR makes a great weapon, I would take one over an AK, and definately over a Ruger Mini-14. But to say they are in the same league as BCM/DD/Colt/LMT is less than inaccurate. </div></div>
Totally agree; like I said, apples to oranges. Ask yourself the same question I did when I was going to buy: what is this going to be used for? My answer justified my decision.
But if you're looking for the higher quality stuff for a good price, tylerw02 (below) makes a great suggestion.

With $950 to spend, you could easily get a BCM upper/BCG/GF CH/rec ext kit, and buy a Stag or whoever's lower and a DD parts kit. </div></div>
