https://www.sportingservices.co.uk/ would be your best I'd say.Anyone have a lead on cheek piece thumb screws? Seems everywhere is out of stock or marked discontinued.
Is that a primary arms 4-16 on the middle rifle???@Dr. Strangeglove talking about 30-06 but caught him slumming it with 6.5 today.
Can’t talk to much crap, as I’m probably posting a pic of an AI with the cheapest scope in this entire thread.

Shit I wish. It’s an older Primary Arms 4-14x44 with R-Grid ReticleIs that a primary arms 4-16 on the middle rifle???
Pretty sure they’re discontinued. I used this from McMaster Carr. They look “okay” and sit pretty flush against the skins.Anyone have a lead on cheek piece thumb screws? Seems everywhere is out of stock or marked discontinued.
Oh yeah! Shit!! I still own that cheap thing too! Only with just a mil dot! (Aka ARC-2 MOA Reticle)Shit I wish. It’s an older Primary Arms 4-14x44 with R-Grid Reticle
I'm guessing the rifle is a tad heavy as pictured? What are the barrel specs?View attachment 8533481View attachment 8533482View attachment 8533483
Took the AT on my second day elk hunting in Colorado. 168 AMAX TAP did as expected on this yote that gave me a chip shot at 140.
Left handed looks expensive.
Is the elite sand?
It is until I rattle can itIs the elite sand?
It’s more “elite concrete”It is until I rattle can it
I think ES is a great color, but sand is the wrong name for it
Mine tracked 99% to 8 mils, and 83% after that lol. Threw it in the trash.Shit I wish. It’s an older Primary Arms 4-14x44 with R-Grid Reticle
Yeah it's definitely on the heavier side but absolutely manageable. 20" 308, irrc it's a Bartlein.I'm guessing the rifle is a tad heavy as pictured? What are the barrel specs?
Don't worry. That weight will pay off when you shoot that whitetail doe in the guts at 70yds.Yeah it's definitely on the heavier side but absolutely manageable. 20" 308, irrc it's a Bartlein.
I carried it another 6-7 miles today up and down draws and ridges without getting worn out.

You got Elk in Texas?!!I'm hoping for a bull elk before I resort to shooting another damn WT lol.
I'm in Colorado until sunday chasing elk, but there are some elk out in the FT. Davis mountains and of course private ranches but I'm too poor to chase those! You got Elk in Texas?!!
A decent 2 point sling definitely helps manage the weight.Yeah it's definitely on the heavier side but absolutely manageable. 20" 308, irrc it's a Bartlein.

It's going back out tomorrow for the same deal.

Agreed, I'm using a ferro slingster that's ok but not great. I'm going to grab a Rifles Only bungee sling when I get back home.A decent 2 point sling definitely helps manage the weight.

I've often thought about one, but feel like anytime I'd want to use one I'd also be wearing a backpack and don't see how the two would work together.biathalon sling FTW

Fluorescent lightingAnyone have some in-person pics of the new sage green chassis' or rifles?
Thanks for the photo. The stock photos on Mild High and Eurooptic make that color look almost bazooka green.Fluorescent lighting

To my eye it’s definitely a lighter sage color than this photo would have you think.

Latest rig. Eurooptic got the rail in stock after a 1mo back order and I emailed AI who confirmed they're still in regular production which is a win.
Had Allegheny Arms profile the barrel for the AEM5-30.
Probably going to need to talk to Milehigh about the bolt release. Was at a PRS event and ended up ripping the bolt out 5 times during 4 different stages and noticed that during running the bolt my bolt catch isn't as tight as my AI AT latch and wiggles. I can't find the springs or a diagram for user servicing so looks like some BS I'll have to send it off for if it happens again after a deep clean and scrub of the entire latch assembly.

Been out of the loop for a bit, is Bugholes still doing .223 conversions? If not, who is the go-to?
