Thanks for telling us this, now you get to take a photo and post it here!I love my AT and won't sell it for anything but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want an atx/xc also. There is one at my range in a m81 woodland camo that looks so nice.

If I can get the pic tonight I have both ai browns and bcm and magpul fde.Anyone have some comparison pictures of the pale brown or dark earth chassis next to something Magpul fde or KAC taupe or something similar? Hard to tell from pics on the website. Thanks in advance.

It’s also an AE model, MKI or MKII and not an AT, not that it matters… Sad thing is that trigger is probably the best trigger AI ever produced, except for maybe the early target rifles. My son had an AE MKIII and it was a phenomenal rifle…Ahhh my bad

Of course it’s your bad….Ahhh my bad
I’ve got a ‘23 AT, so it must be the new green.
I have a green barrel too. Was black from Mile High but I had em coat it because at the time I had an AX and I really liked that AX “all green” factory look.
Now the AX is gone and have to say, don’t miss it.

Here’s an iPhone hack recolor job of your pic. If you squint, this is basically what my rig would look like.
Below, the sold AX and current AT.

Bought it a few years ago when they were easy to get along with like 4 mounts. The only luck I have in life is buying gun crap that somehow skyrockets in value not long after. That NT4
Well it tells me you have been doing this for a while.Bought it a few years ago when they were easy to get along with like 4 mounts. The only luck I have in life is buying gun crap that somehow skyrockets in value not long after.
I saw that video too. I do like Phil, but videos like that are nothing other than a not-so-subtle flex. I dont care how much your rig cost dude...1) I realized later that he said "take off", and my post was rather useless. Even more than usual.
2) Yep, everything has gone way up. I just saw a video title along the lines of "My $12,xxx PRS Rifle" by Phillip Velayo (sp) on YouTube. Good for the guys that want to go that route. It ain't me though.
Damn, nice rifles, and nice range too. Where is it at?
That was CTSA in New Braunfels. I'm a member at the shorter public range next door, but working on a spot at this place. Only goes out to ~550 but it's about the only option for +300 within a couple of hours.Damn, nice rifles, and nice range too. Where is it at?
IIRC he said that $12k was MSRP and he didn’t pay that out of pocket as a sponsored shooter.I saw that video too. I do like Phil, but videos like that are nothing other than a not-so-subtle flex. I dont care how much your rig cost dude...
So you have an atx in an at chassis![]()

Recently traded my at-x chassis for the at & vision combo that was listed on here.
Weight was a concern since i mostly shoot hunter matches. Looks like i should be good with my harvester back on and maybe the nv bridge pulled.
So you have an atx in an at chassis

That’s a hella dealHere’s a good deal on an ATX with folded, weights, and a bag rider if anyone is looking. It’s at a Cabela’s so they’ll send it to any Cabelas or bass pro for pickup for free.

my AXSR forearm just came loose after a short ride in the sxs and 5 rounds of 300nm. oddly enough, 4 of 5 rounds were clustered in a sub 1/4MOA knot and the other was 1/2" away. i didn't notice til i was trying to get this 338U SR unstuck.
per manual, i tightened the two hex screws to 45 in/lbs. feels solid again, but how long til it comes loose again? are there more than just these 2?
are you guys putting loctite or something on these screws?
Any caliber in particular?Looking for a Proof CF 20" AI-M27, PM me if you have a NIB or clean low round count you're looking to unload.

That’s some @BurtG stuff right thereOr just source some screws that are the same length and diameter but with a slightly different thread pitch and grind them in with a pneumatic impact wrench.
Like I always say…2 ugga duggas on the impact and they’re not moving for sure!!
Never had an issue with my forend loosening, and I put em to 35in/lb. The only bolt on mine that has come loose is the fuckin cheek riser bolt. Torqued down and witness marked. Still loose. Put a drop of blue loctite like 3,000rds ago (guesstimated without looking in the maintenance book) and zero issues with slippage.my AXSR forearm just came loose after a short ride in the sxs and 5 rounds of 300nm. oddly enough, 4 of 5 rounds were clustered in a sub 1/4MOA knot and the other was 1/2" away. i didn't notice til i was trying to get this 338U SR unstuck.

Gotta be a ruger, dudes only running a vortex.
Did someone say Poor? You have to have a sense of humour to put a Vortex on an AI. Or you're a one-shot wonder poor ...
